    Tomomi Ito: Went to this store to exchange my charms I received as a gift (duplicate charms & wrong size bracelet), it was unopened, in box, with receipt. The lady working there was very dismissive & rude, would not even look at my items or listen to what I had to say and just flat out refused to help me. There is a 30 day return policy which I understand, but when purchasing my husband was told differently. The whole experience just turned me off and I guess my collecting charms have come to an end. I was not asking for a refund, I was asking to exchange charms I already own…i think a company who values their customers would have accommodated, because after this experience I will no longer collect pandora charms & I made sure to tell my husband to never buy anything from them ever again. Very poor customer service.

She was patient, professional, and made sure I felt valued as a customer. It’s rare to find such dedication and genuine care these days. I truly appreciate the effort, and I’ll definitely be returning/recommending Zales to others. Thank you for making my experience a positive one!

I would rather shop at Ulta Beauty, where you are treated with decencey, even though they are higher in price. You get what you pay for.

    Brittney Lee: The best jewelry store! Megan is amazing she can make anything happen! I had an idea of a sapphire ring I wanted and she made the vision come true! She spent the time to show me all the different sapphires to make sure I got to pick the color I wanted. I also got an emerald ring for my mom and she customized that ring as well to make it exactly like we wanted. Megan truly knows what she’s doing and will be honest about pricing and quality. No matter what your price range she does her best to make what you want happen. If you are looking for excellent quality jewelry with people you can trust then Van Gundy Diamonds is the place to go!

    Darline Ward: I arrived at the store a little after 10 AM, which is the posted opening time. However, the doors were still locked, and when I asked, I was told they needed more time before opening. It was disappointing since I planned my visit based on the hours listed. If the store needs extra time in the mornings, the hours should reflect that so customers know what to expect.

    Ana Perez: Beware of this place, it is a rip off. They had a sale going for 80% off store wide. We go a ring that was 11k supposedly, a chain that was 1500 this is before taxes. So 12500 x 7.25% in taxes will amount to around 13400 - 80% so that would leave you with about around 2680. Why is our total bill over 5k? Joy was the sales person. They sweet talk you but behind the desk theyre ripping you off. Then you try to return it like 1 day later & they say you cant when on the website it tells you you have 10 days money back guaranteed or 30 days. I will follow up with corporate to look into it. People work hard for their money to be getting ripped off like that.
