Kirsten Martin I brought a family heirloom to be repaired. Because it was a Rolex, it had to be sent out. From beginning to end, the sales associate, Marilyn, attended to our requests with care and compassion. She went the extra step to communicate with Rolex as I made special requests. Rolex not only respected our wishes, but returned the watch even more beautiful that when it was first purchased 32 years ago. If ever, I need jewelry, Ben Bridge will be my first stop.
