Rolex not only respected our wishes, but returned the watch even more beautiful that when it was first purchased 32 years ago. If ever, I need jewelry, Ben Bridge will be my first stop. 5 /5 Brian Hallaq: We were from out of town and needed to buy a gift for our son’s 30th birthday. We went to Fashion Valley Mall and checked out lots of watch shops. Skip Wei at Ben Bridge was outstanding. He listened to us, what our son’s needs were, our budget and found us the perfect watch. We were very happy with his product knowledge, the history of that watch and his attention to detail. Skip is a top notch salesman but he wasn’t pushy and he didn’t make us feel uncomfortable at all…which can be an issue when you are shopping for high end watches. We definitely shop at Ben Bridge Jewelers again and we can’t say enough about our experience with Skip.

I was pleasantly surprised to see my watch was also polished and looked like new! Ben Bridge Jewelers goes above and beyond as always. Ashley Draper: A co-worker had bought some items and wore them to work. I like the items and asked where she purchased them. She told me I had to check out this store. She also mentioned to me they offer one half price item during your birthday month. I ventured to the store while doing some Christmas shopping and was greeted immediately. I was asked if I needed help and I said I was just looking around. She then explained the layout of the store and showed me where the new items were. I browsed around for a bit which was a tad difficult since I had my 7 year old with me but everyone was very nice to him and made him feel welcome. I found a necklace I fell in love with and asked about the half off during your birthday month. They said yes they offer that deal, you just need to show your drivers license. Check out was quick and easy and my receipt was emailed to me. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The store was nicely organized and clean. I would not hesitate to return to purchase more.
