My fiance first met Yoli when she assisted in designing my engagement ring- She was patient and respectful of all of our decisions, while simultaneously giving us the best advice (without trying to upsell). She then helped us design our wedding bands. She put in so much detail and care, making sure everything was perfect before we took it home. Cannot recommend her enough and cant wait to go back and get my future jewelry from her too!

Jose De La Torre: I came in to buy my sons first necklace — he loved it right away. Unfortunately, it broke not long after. I wasn’t too worried since we had a warranty and the same salesperson who helped us originally was there, so I expected a simple solution. However, when I explained that my son had tugged on the chain to test its durability (just like the salesperson had demonstrated), things took a turn. He was dismissive and instead offered to sell me the exact same chain again at half price. That didn’t sit right with me. Eventually, he agreed to take the necklace in for a repair and said it would be ready in a few days. When I returned, his brother Omar was there instead. Totally different vibe — chill, understanding, and professional. The experience with Omar honestly felt like night and day. I told him I’d leave a review to reflect the service, and this is me keeping that promise.

Elizabeth A Matheus: If I could give a zero star I would. My husband bought my engagement ring and our wedding bands 15 years ago. In that time I have had five upgrades/repairs done. ALL of the work has been subpar. When I would bring up a concern I would either get "it was there when you brought it in you just didnt see it" or "he (the repair person) didnt even touch that part of the ring." I regret ever going to them and I am a fool to keep going back.

R taylor: Worst shopping experience. I bought over $200.00 dollars in jewelery for a couple of bridesmaid to look at just incase they wanted to buy them. Well to make story short they ask me to return some items. When I asked the clerk to give me a refund she refused. I was returning the earrings and bracelets, she said that they do not return the earring per policy. I had mention to the clerk before I purchased the items what I was going to do and she never said anything about return policy. Very disappointed!! Will not be buying at that store again
