However, when I explained that my son had tugged on the chain to test its durability (just like the salesperson had demonstrated), things took a turn. He was dismissive and instead offered to sell me the exact same chain again at half price. That didn’t sit right with me. Eventually, he agreed to take the necklace in for a repair and said it would be ready in a few days.
When I returned, his brother Omar was there instead. Totally different vibe — chill, understanding, and professional. The experience with Omar honestly felt like night and day. I told him I’d leave a review to reflect the service, and this is me keeping that promise.
