Walked in at 11:30am on a Monday for a Swiss watch battery replacement (requires a special tool to remove the back plate) and a battery for a remote to one of our fans. Literally in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great service with friendly staff and reasonable fees. Located right across the street from the post office.

I bought a pair of earrings, to which one of the pair was lost years after I bought it. Brian had me bring in the one earring, and matched it perfectly. Theyre simply the best.

They had previously told me that it usually takes around a week or so and that they are super busy but they would try to fix it as soon as possible. I brought in the ring on a Tuesday and needed it back by the latest on that following Friday. They called me back in less than 2 hours saying it was done and the ring looked as good as new! Super impressed with everything especially the price. It only costed $45 to fix a split in the ring. Very impressed, definitely will return for any future jewelry purchases/repairs.
