1 /5 Nicola Tidwell: I purchased a necklace for my sisters birthday with instructions to ship the necklace to her home address. They said it would be mailed the next week. It was never sent. We had to follow up multiple times, and were told it had to be ordered which was not the case at time of purchase. It took over a month to get the necklace to my sister, and missed her birthday totally. I would not recommend this jeweler.
