I had loads of silver and some gold from my stash as well as from my mother’s. Steve took his time in examining my jewelry and double checked some items to make sure they had value. What a painless experience and I felt like I was dealing with an honest person/shop. I had no idea what the value was, I just know what I spent on original purchases. When I arrived I found the staff to be very kind as they pointed me towards the estate buyers. Having never sold jewelry before I was anxious and worried as I did not know the value of my pieces. I met Steve Werner there and he very patiently walked me through the process. I have been back a number of times and continue to be impressed with his knowledge and kindness.
