2 /5 Mariah Ortiz: Been here a few times and unfortunately have not left thrilled on any occasion. My watches that I brought in for battery replacement died within a year which surprised me as the watches were pretty new.
Besides that, I recently went in with a brand new watch because I was hoping they could help me set up the time and adjust the length (it’s digital, and I thought I needed to remove extra chain pieces). The repairman there adjusted the length in 2 seconds, let me know that the links cannot be removed, and then set the time for me 30 seconds later. I expressed my gratitude for the quick fix and turned to leave when he said, “I normally charge for this” and I said, “oh, my bad! How much do I owe?” And to my shock he said $15. For 1 minute of work. I couldn’t believe it. It should’ve been free (he literally could’ve just taught me how to adjust the time for $0) and once he saw my shock he should’ve at least been like “5 bucks.”
I love shopping small and supporting local businesses but geez, not after this. Sorry!
