5 /5 Jenny Yang: This gym is absolutely amazing and simply awesome. Im doing rehabilitative type of personal training, and it has been so encouraging, positive, and helpful. Ive been here for a month, and Im already seeing results! I previously did physical therapy for 8 months, which was a good first step for restoring mobility. After hitting a wall and having some basic mobility restored, I needed someone who could provide more focused help. Ibrahim observed my walking ability, and from there he has been giving me exercises that have made a big difference.
This is all a VERY.BIG.DEAL because I have serious structural issues with my right ankle and completely flat feet. My longtime podiatrist told me that all this focused work on my slowly deteriorating walking had the potential to really bring things back. Well, physical therapy first and now Ibrahims personal training has been incredibly positive and filled with results.
Ibrahim is the best. I first met him as a trainer 10 years ago at a big box gym. Hes a seasoned personal trainer. Hes great with people, and this gym is all positivity and energy. I love being at this gym for the added bonus of being in the company of good people and positive vibes. Its everything good.
