Jay Diepstraten: My daughter has been coming here for a couple of months now and absolutely loves it!! She really enjoys the classes as well and all of the extra activities (tie dye & sleep over)! I love that she has shown great improvement in just the short time we have been attending! I can’t wait to see what is yet to come!
Elevate Basketball & Performance Training - Concord
Maxwell Greene: Best basketball training facility in the area - Jim is the man.
    My Gym - Walnut Creek
Alison Youngblood: An outstanding experience for my daughters 5th birthday party! The gym staff went above and beyond to create a truly special celebration. From the initial planning stages through the actual event, their communication was excellent and professional. The party was incredibly well-organized, with staff members who clearly knew how to keep young children engaged and having fun. My daughter felt like a star throughout the entire celebration, which is exactly what every parent hopes for on their childs birthday.
    Planet Fitness - San Pablo
    Planet Fitness
Eric Wonder: I’ve been coming to this San Pablo location since they first open the staff has always been super friendly and welcoming. Even though they don’t have a janitorial staff, employees do an amazing job at keeping the club up kept.
Cypher Health & Fitness - Richmond
Helen De Michiel: Cypher is a warm and welcoming Crossfit Gym. The coaches are nice, the parking easy, and the Bay views superb -- And the workouts will never, ever bore you!
    Planet Fitness - Richmond
    Planet Fitness
Rod Steam: I’ve never been more disappointed with a gym. The staff at Planet Fitness was incredibly rude and unprofessional. On one of the occasions when I approached the front desk with a question, the employee barely acknowledged me and acted annoyed that I was even asking for help. It felt like she didn’t care at all about customer service. On top of that, the gym was dirty, with several machines out of order for days, and the locker rooms were a mess. I was hoping for a better experience, but the rude attitude from the employees made me feel unwelcome. This place is not worth the membership. I’m definitely canceling and won’t be back.
    City Sports Club - Richmond
Joant cache: Very good environment, nice people, very respectful and friendly. Good equipment as well. I want to add a suggestion… could be very useful if the manager adds some sandback for kicking and hitting, because this is a proactive cardio, I assure you that would be a resounding success in attracting customers. I hope you take serious my comment. Thanks.
    Bridges Fitness - El Cerrito
Susan Park: My husband and I attend classes 3-4 days a week. We love the instructor lead program and see results in our weight, balance and strength. We are both retired, and like to bike, hike, kayak and ski. Bridges program is the perfect training to keep us healthy and able to do other sports without injury. It is almost like having a personal trainer without the cost. Each session can be tailored to individual needs. It is also a small community of like minded individuals who encourage each other to keep fit and to keep with the program!
    Traverse Fitness - Richmond
C B: Traverse has been wonderful for my kiddo. The coaches have been super supportive. They’ve been great at keeping my son actively engaged and encouraging a positive/growth mindset in my son. My son had started doing the open gym a little while ago - traverse is a great “ninja” (parkour-type) gym with lots of space for kids (and adults!) to drop in. Because of the great facility and the positive interactions with the helpful and encouraging coaches that supervise open gym, my son felt inspired to take classes at traverse. Not too long after starting classes, and with the encouragement of more great coaches, my son wanted to join the traverse team - and loves it! The summer camps and school break camps have also been a really fun way for my kiddo to be active during school breaks. Very happy that we found traverse - highly recommend!
    Bay Area Barbell - Richmond
Julian Roy: Probably the best option for strength training in the Richmond/Oakland area. Power bars, combo racks, and calibrated plates galore. Heavy pulls and chalking up strongly encouraged! Would recommend!
