1 /5 Rod Steam: I’ve never been more disappointed with a gym. The staff at Planet Fitness was incredibly rude and unprofessional. On one of the occasions when I approached the front desk with a question, the employee barely acknowledged me and acted annoyed that I was even asking for help. It felt like she didn’t care at all about customer service. On top of that, the gym was dirty, with several machines out of order for days, and the locker rooms were a mess. I was hoping for a better experience, but the rude attitude from the employees made me feel unwelcome. This place is not worth the membership. I’m definitely canceling and won’t be back.

5 /5 Matan Radwin: I think this is the simplest and best gym around here and it’s so cheap too. There’s some really solid machines here, the free weights aren’t the best but work fine. Just try to avoid coming at peak times like late afternoon on weekdays because it’s so packed that it’s hard to get a good workout. Also hella people hoard the weights and good luck ever getting a chance to use the smith machine. But honestly these are all small problems I love planet fitness

5 /5 Tiffany Jenkins-Nelson: I love this planet fitness! From the front desk staff, personal trainers, and the layout. I have tried other locations but the vibe here is just better for me. I see everyone focused trying to be a better version of themselves genuinely and it’s motivating me to keep going. Thanks to planet fitness for making things affordable for people and having the courage to go against all odds in this world to help people achieve their fitness goals!!! Never mind the haters, misery loves company!

4 /5 Crystal: This was my first PF I was a member to before they sprouted around. Staff welcoming, facility clean for being in between the hours which I think are peak (late afternoon), older machines but still does the job, and what I always look forward to….WARM showers! Does not take time to run the water to warm up.

1 /5 Alicia Nelson: Beware they love to steal your money here! Cancelled my membership last month to find out that Cory did not actually cancel my membership! When I called to speak to the manager, Eddie He told me it was my fault, he didn’t apologize or try to correct it! They have no district manager or no customer service line so now I can’t even speak to anyone about it!
