5 /5 Susan Park: My husband and I attend classes 3-4 days a week. We love the instructor lead program and see results in our weight, balance and strength. We are both retired, and like to bike, hike, kayak and ski. Bridges program is the perfect training to keep us healthy and able to do other sports without injury. It is almost like having a personal trainer without the cost. Each session can be tailored to individual needs. It is also a small community of like minded individuals who encourage each other to keep fit and to keep with the program!
