I had a unique beaded necklace made by a woman from Argentina who used to sell her handmade pieces at the Larchmont Street Fair in Los Angeles. One side had worn out and I took it to another "jeweler" in San Rafael who did a very fast, very shoddy job re-stringing it, even rudely contradicting my complaints when I returned it them to do over. So I left them behind and took the necklace to the Jewelers Guild who referred Robin, and paid to have it re-strung correctly. She did a perfect job, with such kindness and expertise! Her communication was great and her skills are stellar. I. highly recommend this beautiful shop and its artisans to anyone. Support your local artisans and go!
