5 /5 Emily Spring: Mark and his team are incredible! They were so gracious and patient with us as they guided us along the process for creating our wedding rings. They are knowledgeable and honest, and spoke openly with us about the pros and cons of re-creating rings out of a few family heirlooms we had. The team understood and respected the sentimental value in these pieces and showed us a variety of options. In the end, we chose a set of hand-crafted stackable rings made by Mark himself, and we also created a ring for my husband. We could not be more thrilled with the pieces we chose! Not only is the craftsmanship impeccable and the knowledge of their craft thorough, but Mark and his team also took the time to get to know us and connect with us along the process. Every time we stop in it is like visiting old friends. We simply love them!

She said the watch couldn’t be cleaned and she couldn’t do anything to help me at all and to come back the next day when the watch maker was there. Absolutely no help and was impolite. Thank god for Macys watch repair which I highly recommend. They shortened it and cleaned it for $50. Hidden secret but will definitely will use Macys service again.
