1 /5 Melissa Hornung: I walked in hoping to get my watch cleaned and shortened and the lady who greeted me was not only rude but unhelpful. She said the watch couldn’t be cleaned and she couldn’t do anything to help me at all and to come back the next day when the watch maker was there. Absolutely no help and was impolite. Thank god for Macys watch repair which I highly recommend. They shortened it and cleaned it for $50. Hidden secret but will definitely will use Macys service again.

5 /5 Miguel Salas: Going back home to San Francisco I came across this Amazing Jewelry Store, Walked in Spoke with a very Respectful & Lovely Woman, I needed to get my 14K Gold/Diamond Ring cleaned and they did an absolutely fantastic job. I have never seen this Ring shine so much. Price was more than Fair for these Quality Results. Thank You very much.

This is the second time Ive been in the store and both times everyone was so very friendly, I felt genuinely welcome and felt well taken care of, old-fashion courtesy. I came in for a watch battery change, and the gentleman who took care of it was great, very fast and very professional. Very nice selection of watches as well. It was a pleasure visiting the store, and I will definitely be back.
