They do not appreciate the sentimental values of the pieces and will treat your jewel as if it was a commercial appliance, nothing more. Zero attention to detail and they made multiple mistakes on my custom order. All they care about is the financial transaction.

1 /5 Roosh M: What a joke this place is… Sold them a couple gold pieces a few months ago to some nicer people, so I know how they work. Today I walk in and the lady wouldn’t even let me pull my pieces out “if I didn’t know the value”. Right after i just told her I just grabbed them from my appraiser. Didn’t even ask to the weigh the pieces after I told her I was willing to take the raw gold value even though there was a few diamonds in the pieces. Kept trying to prove her point of who they were instead of helping me. Then had the audacity to tell me to look into consignment. Ive dealt with multiple appraisers and real diamond wholesalers and Ive never been so disregarded as a customer. Maybe cause of my appearance but the lady kept trying to shut me down even though I had a few thousand dollars worth of gold with me. Do not come here unless you look like your typical Marin Mom or if you wanna be told they wont even look at something with stones in it. I just walked out and shook my head. I would never work them

I was assisted by Ryland, who offered me a complimentary cleaning while I explored their wide selection of beautiful jewelry. Ryland was incredibly helpful and informative, providing great customer service even as he assisted other customers. His professionalism and attention to detail made my visit truly enjoyable. I highly recommend Gold Rush for their exceptional service and impressive selection!

1 /5 Chris Haener: Scam alert!! Do not take a high end watch here for repair!! They will tell you they can fix your watch and take your deposit!! They don’t do any repairs in house. Sent my watch to a “master watch maker” who had it for nearly a month. Then they called me to let me know they can’t fix it and I will need to send it back to Omega for repair and can’t give me my deposit back as that is no refundable. Total scam! If this is an indication for how they operate, I wouldn’t go there for any jewelry needs!! Update: Rick reached out to me and I replied immediately. We discussed and I told him I wasn’t happy with the communication from his staff which was misleading nor was I happy with the “service” I received for $100. This reply from Rick is a boldface lie. Watch out for this business as they are untrustworthy!!

She said the watch couldn’t be cleaned and she couldn’t do anything to help me at all and to come back the next day when the watch maker was there. Absolutely no help and was impolite. Thank god for Macys watch repair which I highly recommend. They shortened it and cleaned it for $50. Hidden secret but will definitely will use Macys service again.
