He spent numerous hours with us showing rings and even offered to custom design one for her if she wasn’t satisfied. We ended up with the original ring I chose but the experience here was amazing. She said the watch couldn’t be cleaned and she couldn’t do anything to help me at all and to come back the next day when the watch maker was there. Absolutely no help and was impolite. Thank god for Macys watch repair which I highly recommend. They shortened it and cleaned it for $50. Hidden secret but will definitely will use Macys service again.
