Kimberly Chavarria I’ve been a loyal customer with Daniel’s for years, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of one of the staff members, Tina. I understand that this is a retail environment and that sales are a part of the job, but the level of pressure and pushiness I experienced was beyond unacceptable.
Tina was overly aggressive in her sales tactics. She told my partner—inaccurately and without my consent that I had been approved for $5,000 in credit and that he could pick anything he wanted in the store. It was incredibly inappropriate and misleading.
Even more concerning, she ran my credit with another bureau without my permission. That kind of action should never happen without clear and informed consent from the customer.
Throughout the interaction, she continued to push me toward items well outside of my stated budget and handled another clients simultaneously, which made the service feel rushed and careless. Her approach lacked professionalism and respect for personal boundaries.
I hope Daniel’s takes customer feedback seriously and ensures that all staff members prioritize ethical and respectful sales practices. I would never go to this location ever again.
