We went to Main place Mall and this place went outta there way to help me and my sister out it was closing time as well. They helped us look as different types of chains for my dad. They didnt get out of there till almost an hour later. I just wanna say most places wouldve told us to come back tomorrow not this place they actually took there time to help us and made sure that we got a nice chain at a very reasonable price. And they was happy do do so. Thank u M&R Jewelers u guys r awesome and we live like almost 3 hours away. So thank u Soo much. I will most definitely make that drive anytime I buy Jewelry for now on.

Center Design Jewelry & Watch - Santa Ana

CoolCat: Went in for a battery replacement. Woman said “wait 10 minutes.” I waited and then she told my a piece came off my watch when she opened the watch and she would fix it but come back in 2 hours. Came back and watch looked fine. Wore it the next day and the piece came off and is floating around the face of the watch. I brought it back in to her the next day and she said “$20 to fix.” I explained that she was the one who broke it and she was the one who said she would fix it. She told me she did it for free the first time but now I have to pay. I explained that it wasn’t broken at all when I brought it to her but just needed a new battery. She explained that when she opened it the piece on the front fell off and she fixed it but now if I want it fixed again, I have to pay. I explained that her fix wasn’t ok and she needs to properly fix what she did but she told me to go away.

While we did face some challenges—particularly with getting the prongs just right on my fiancé’s ring which took multiple adjustments over the course of nine months— Juan never gave up on making it perfect. Even when the ring had to be completely remade, he stayed committed and always treated us with care and respect. What really stood out was that Juan didn’t just help us design rings—he celebrated with us. He felt like a friend and we always left feeling like he genuinely cared about our happiness. In the end, we walked away with rings we both love.
