I walked into the store because it is a classy looking, traditional, high quality, free standing jewelry store. I was greeted by one of the owners, and treated with the highest respect and courtesy. While the superb service on my pieces was being performed, I had occasion to look at some of the merchandise. It was excellent quality and beautifully presented. Such a major step up, from the mall stores or the chain stores you hear so much about! My grandpa, 3 uncles and my cousin were all custom diamond jewelers in New York. Finding such service in the jewelry business is so hard to come by. These jewelers are TOP NOTCH! Check them out!

Thank god for Macys watch repair which I highly recommend. They shortened it and cleaned it for $50. Hidden secret but will definitely will use Macys service again.
