    erik K: DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH What a waste of time and money. Staff at this location will do anything NOT to help you. DMV service rep Leslie did not want to issue "already paid" registration Sticker form my car (registered to my wife that is handicapped) We both are on the membership with the same address, same last-name and the car registered to the same address. ALSO car was standing right in front of the office. The branch manager Torri told me that she doesnt care about my membership and If i want to cancel it. Rude unprofessional. This not the first time I have this type of experience at this location. 2 month ago I was told that they dont do certain service but Menlo Park branch did it within 5 minute. I do not leave bad reviews usually but this was so bad that I took my time to write such long review. I canceled my membership that I had for 13 years
