5 /5 Bill Freedman: Experience. Competence. Service. I just had a great experience buying a new landlord insurance policy. I spoke with another agent and a few direct sellers, none of whom offered the solution I needed. Mallory at Nadler insurance came up with two solutions, and guided me through the process while explaining details of the policy and various trade offs. Who says buying insurance has to be annoying? Mallory made it fair and fast.

2 /5 J P: Looking for a local insurance broker and newly moved to California, I was intending to write several policies, including for two cars, an RV and an umbrella liability, as my long-term insurer, State Farm, is effectively retreating from the California market. Nadler has 4.9 star reviews, but notice that the most recent Google reviews are 1-2 years old? Apparently in recent months Nadler has contracted with Covu.com for their sales team. It’s a call center operation. You break your brain trying to reach the agent you’re working with. Super poor contact work. Mistaken entries on applications. Almost the worst call center experience of my last years online. Definitely look for Any broker who has local agents working with you, Not Nadler. Gave 2 stars because the policies were finally written.
