Finally, she sells you insurance for DOUBLE THE EXPENSE, you ask her and she answers: "later your payment will go down." Dont believe her, it doesnt go down, on the contrary, it goes up. Its a shame because when Mr. Jaime Mendoza was in charge of this business, it was something else. HONESTY above all. Abused.
