5 /5 Alexis Arreola: I had Rosie from Farmers Insurance as my account representative; she did a fantastic job. I almost recalibrated my insurance three times, and she was always of great help. All I had to do was send an email and she would take care of it. I never had to call customer care for any queries because she proactively contacted the insurance company to get the information I needed. In short, I was extremely pleased with her service and would continue to use their services.

1 /5 jose Flores: Please don’t go here if you think they will help you out (especially for those who speak Spanish). They lie and try to milk every dollar possible. Unsure what happened but it seems they have gotten to comfortable with their customers. Normal and car insurance team is a joke. If you are a current customer please ask them to provide a breakdown of cost and they are known to add without consent. When we asked about why our cost was so high they literally said “oh we added this and increase mileage but it’s not that much monthly so don’t worry...” I can’t believe that was a response as that is technically illegal. Ask for a written contract. My advise leave and look to bundle somewhere else.
