1 /5 erik K: DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH What a waste of time and money. Staff at this location will do anything NOT to help you. DMV service rep Leslie did not want to issue "already paid" registration Sticker form my car (registered to my wife that is handicapped) We both are on the membership with the same address, same last-name and the car registered to the same address. ALSO car was standing right in front of the office. The branch manager Torri told me that she doesnt care about my membership and If i want to cancel it. Rude unprofessional. This not the first time I have this type of experience at this location. 2 month ago I was told that they dont do certain service but Menlo Park branch did it within 5 minute. I do not leave bad reviews usually but this was so bad that I took my time to write such long review. I canceled my membership that I had for 13 years

5 /5 Murillo Pontual: I went to this triple A to get my international drivers permit. Staff is friendly and the premise has plenty of parking. I highly recommend it.

5 /5 Gustavo Linhares: I had a great experience with Triple AAA’s lockout service thanks to a wonderful technician named Darnel. I was locked out of my car and feeling a bit stressed, but Darnel made the entire situation so much easier. He was incredibly courteous, called me to update me on his location, and arrived quickly. He handled everything efficiently and with a smile, which I really appreciated. It’s not every day you come across someone who’s both professional and genuinely kind. Darnel is a great example of excellent customer service, and I’m really grateful for the help he provided. Triple AAA is lucky to have him on their team!

5 /5 Robert Goerss: Had a resident (not even me) who had a dead battery. A technician named Fred came out in less than 20 minutes; he was in a good mood and quickly took care of the resident for me. Always appreciate a good attitude, shoutout to Fred
