Mike Lee One of the worst customer service Ive been a part of. One of their clients crashed into my rear bumper and its been more than a month since they were supposed to reach out to me. They always say they will call me back the same day or or the next day and they never do. Then when I call them back the next day myself , its the same thing. I dont know what is so hard to call me and update me. Maybe its because Im not their client even though one of their client crash into my car. Bad customer service .

I understand the frustration, but Darren (and Nina, who youll likely meet) make it as painless as possible. Very quick, reasonable quotes, and then the peace of mind that you have good coverage. I call/email frequently with coverage questions and they always get back to me within a day. Feels more like a small business than youd expect, given State Farms size.
