Ali did an excellent job in replacing the stone, at a more than reasonable price. The other store prices were very high, and I didnt receive good customer service. The ring was ready in less than 48 hours. He is making me a necklace with the blue topaz stone; I cant wait to see it. He gave me good suggestions and options in the design. He also has very nice jewelry in his shop at good prices. Highly recommended!

Alis Jewelry & Watch Repair Reviews is the best. He was able to untangle the knot for me in 5-10 minutes. I would HIGHLY recommend him for any of your jewelry or watch services!

5 /5 Prachi Shahi: I went in to get my watch strap adjusted. The service was quick and Ali even made sure to readjust a few times to get the perfect fit. It cost $17 which I think is totally worth the time and mistakes saved in trying to do it myself.

5 /5 Mana Jabbour: Could not recommend Ali’s Jewelry and watch repair more highly. I brought in a watch that needed a battery replacement and a gold bangle that had been broken. Ali fixed my watch on the spot and in a small nice touch corrected the time and date for me. I really appreciate his attention to detail. He told me the bangle repair might be noticeable but he did such an excellent job; it looked good as new when I picked it up just a few days later. I’m very impressed with his work. I’m so grateful to have found this place!

5 /5 Diane Labenz: I wish I could give 10 stars! I brought my diamond engagement ring for a size adjustment. Ali was professional, friendly, and offered a fair price. Not only is the craftsmanship superb but he also offered to polish my wedding ring (which was not being serviced) at no additional cost. I cannot recommend this place enough.
