Hes very polite my only issue with it is that its hard planning to go by here when the hours on the door dont really dictate whether or not anyone is there

Honest Owner and employees 100% I even brought some gold items and to see what they were worth, and if I could sell them When I went to pick up my ring. They told me several options and were not pressuring me at all. I recommend this place to anyone. I will be back!

Hes seriously the most helpful person Ive ever met in jewelry business. he offers free jewelry cleaning to everyone - doesnt matter if youre buying something or not. What I really appreciated was how he gave me all the information I needed to make the best decision for myself. You never feel pressured because he doesnt care if you buy from him or not - he just wants to make sure youre well-informed and happy with your choice. If youre looking for honest advice and excellent service, definitely go see Hamid.

5 /5 Paul Hanna: This is a wonderful place and Hamid was incredibly helpful and honest. I planned my proposal and got my fiance’s engagement ring from Hamid. He took the time to help me find the perfect diamond with exactly what I was looking for. GIA certified diamond, hand selected and brought in from outside the country. He customized and build her ring and my band with the exact specs that I want. Hamid was very patient and took the time to get every detail perfectly and worked quickly to get it done. Hamid is honest and trustworthy. I share this review, not out of obligation, but because I’m very thankful to have found him and his business. I will be getting all of my future jewelry from here.

What is frustrates me is i received a email that said it would be ready in 2 weeks and I would be notified if there was a delay. I haven’t received that follow up. It’s been 4-5 weeks now. I’m also frustrated that it broke in the first place from a normal interaction with the necklace. It makes me uncomfortable because a reasonable person would doubt my story. How could the necklace break while I rotate the chain around my neck? To be honest it makes me doubt the quality of your company. Since then, I’ve heard from management at Sethi in Mountain View. David yurmans jewelry breaks often and your repairs take a long time. So far you’re living up to what I hearing. It’s unfortunate that I’m getting the same experience. I’m annoyed that I can’t wear the jewelry I purchased so recently. I’m annoyed that after calling, they have been really bad about following up. Terrible!

Obviously I didn’t take the offer and went to another store in Santa Clara where they told me my jewelry was worth a lot more. Went from 200 to $600. This place is a SCAM.

Spencer Family: We had a fabulous experience at Joe Escobar. JP was amazing. He sensed my style right away and did not lead me astray. The work we had done took time and JP kept us informed during the entire process. We brought in 3 diamond rings, had the diamonds taken out and put into an earrings and necklace set, then had 3 new stones put into the original rings to make a mother’s ring. All turned out beautiful. Would definitely go back to Joe Escobar and work with JP again.
