David Yurman - Santa Clara Richard Hornor: ce the necklace, for sentimental reasons I choose to keep the one I have, you offered to repair it. Great! Thank you. What is frustrates me is i received a email that said it would be ready in 2 weeks and I would be notified if there was a delay. I haven’t received that follow up. It’s been 4-5 weeks now. I’m also frustrated that it broke in the first place from a normal interaction with the necklace. It makes me uncomfortable because a reasonable person would doubt my story. How could the necklace break while I rotate the chain around my neck? To be honest it makes me doubt the quality of your company. Since then, I’ve heard from management at Sethi in Mountain View. David yurmans jewelry breaks often and your repairs take a long time. So far you’re living up to what I hearing. It’s unfortunate that I’m getting the same experience. I’m annoyed that I can’t wear the jewelry I purchased so recently. I’m annoyed that after calling, they have been really bad about following up. Terrible!
