    Tara Young: 100/10 stars!!! I love Basecamp San Mateo! The coaches are super knowledgeable and fun, keeping the class engaged and pushing us to our limits. They will also demonstrate and help correct your form. The format is fast paced and intense, but a great workout. The front desk staff are also extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. There is a great community of members! Absolutely would recommend!

    Jon Sofer: I’m giving this place 2 stars for three main reasons, which unfortunately seem to never improve: 1. No towels during rush hours – This is unacceptable. I don’t care if it’s peak time; more than 60% of the times I’ve come in, there have been no towels available. Please stock more towels and have enough washing machines to keep up with demand. This is part of what we pay our maintenance fees for. 2. Front desk staff not very helpful or friendly – It’s mostly the same two people, and they seem more focused on talking to each other than engaging with members or answering questions. 3. Showers not always clean – The showers need to be cleaned more thoroughly and more often. Overall, there is a lot of room for improvement here, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously.

    Rochelle Pereira: Training with an instructor has always had its benefits. I have been with Morph fitness for the last four months training with Jean. I love the increased muscle tone and boost in my energy level so far. My work schedule can be a bit unpredictable and I have always been able to work out adjusted timings when necessary. Jean has been positively motivating as an instructor and easy to work with. I am glad I started to focus on my health and Morph made it achievable.

    Michelle Carothers: Ive now gone to 10 5am classes at F45 San Mateo and LOVE it! All the people are so welcoming and coach Kelly is the best, helping me with form and pushing me to lift just a little heavier on certain moves. The best way to start a day!

    Rhoda Longhenry: I have worked out with personal trainers for years but didn’t enjoy being locked into a strict weekly schedule. Fitness Farm has been the perfect solution — I can come and go whenever I want, work out as long as I want, and Kelly is always there to support me. And it is incredibly affordable! Kelly is incredibly knowledgeable, tailoring every workout to my goals, fitness level, and personal preferences. He has given me the confidence to work out on my own, something I never thought I’d be able to do. I really love the flexibility of the program! It is a full stocked gym, offering everything you could possibly need, and the community is one of the best parts. The regulars in the morning motivate me, and the energy from the other trainers and clients makes every visit fun. Since joining, I’ve noticed a real difference in my body and have become much stronger. I can’t recommend Fitness Farm and Kelly enough!

    Barbara Bidzos: Very clean and well organized facility for children’s swimming lessons, which are given rain or shine. The team of teachers seem to perform the lessons based on students abilities and are very tuned in to the students.

    A Herr: This is definitely one of the best studios in the area. I actually like this spot more than my home studio. I have taken a couple of classes with coach Sophia and really enjoyed them. She is excellent at giving clear instructions, demonstrating movements, and keeping the class upbeat. Her music is on point too and covers a lot of different genres, which I really appreciate. The front desk staff are also very welcoming and friendly. I will definitely be coming back here regularly.
    The Perfect Workout - San Mateo
    Tisa Yonts: The Perfect Workout is smarter weight training that amazingly brings results in just two 20 minute sessions a week! Knowing my session will be just 20 minutes gives me so much motivation to be consistent and bring everything I’ve got. And working side by side with a trainer, who sets up each station, keeps track of each session’s progress and knows how far I like to push myself is sooooo helpful. Best investment I could have made to develop a weight training lifestyle! And I know it has powerfully advanced my health.

    Sophie Nashir: I took a class in June with Lisa and it was a great experience. I’m a member at another CycleBar location but this one is new and spacious and just well run. Would definitely return for single classes when I’m in the area. Highly recommend this studio to those who live close by! Always a challenging workout, you’ll be dripping in sweat by the end of the class!

    Roberto Mercado: Kelly has an amazing energy and keeps the classes to the max. I enjoy Step aerobics a lot and this is a nice class to challenge your body and mind. Nancy and Katie are masters of the rhythm with their Dance Vibes signature class, and to learn step by step you can attend the breakdown class.
