5 /5 A Herr: This is definitely one of the best studios in the area. I actually like this spot more than my home studio. I have taken a couple of classes with coach Sophia and really enjoyed them. She is excellent at giving clear instructions, demonstrating movements, and keeping the class upbeat. Her music is on point too and covers a lot of different genres, which I really appreciate. The front desk staff are also very welcoming and friendly. I will definitely be coming back here regularly.

5 /5 Katya B: Absolutely love working out at OTF! The location is perfect—Im so happy theres a studio right in downtown San Mateo. I moved here recently and have been training at this studio for the past three months. I already feel noticeable improvements in my physical well-being. The coaches are amazing! I love everything about the OTF concept—from the heart rate monitors that track and display your performance in real time, to the energetic atmosphere and the dynamic flow of each class. Huge thanks to everyone who works here—you’re doing an incredible job! If you haven’t tried OTF yet, I highly recommend checking it out!

5 /5 yoonji KIM: The San Mateo OTF is awesome — clean, welcoming, and good vibes. The team and coaches are all super wonderful, knowledgeable, and friendly. (IMO, JR, the lead studio manager, sets the tone.) I’ve been to several OTF studios and it’s definitely top notch. Fellow member are a nice crew too. I always get a good sweat going to good music!

5 /5 carole wilson: A little confusing your first time, but once you get the hang of the transitions and the machines it’s great! (They have intro sessions I didn’t see when I started). Fast paced but you tract your own progress and you’re never pushed to keep up, but you are encouraged to get out of your comfort zone. Modifications offered every time. Good form is critical and the staff provide individualized instruction when needed. Everyone from the front desk staff to the coaches is positive, supportive and knowledgeable. 11/10! ☺️

5 /5 April Sharpe: OTF really is a community of all backgrounds, and it’s a place where everyone comes together to put in work! Really love that it’s conveniently located near Caltrain so I could make a stop to work out on my route back home. Love all the coaches energies and their motivation, really truly helps you get your head out your butt but is also mindless enough where you don’t have to think about the workouts, just focus on form and getting it done! Thankful for this community and most definitely coming back!!
