Absolute Knowledge I must say… this woman is amazing. I have experienced literally hundreds of therapist with the last 25+ years and Natalya is one of the Most Superior in her technique and craft of Deep tissue. I would highly recommend her services.

Its second to none, even having tried some of the five star hotels internationally known for massages I can say they dont come close to what Miss sweet Natalie can do I felt so relieved after a 90 minute appointment and I have been trying to make time to see her again since. Bottom line if you want a massage and dont want a back rub like it always feels with most other ones Ive tried then set a appointment with Natalie! Sandra Meadows I had to call BBB, and evetyone else who had a similar experience ( which sounds like quite a few from other reviews) should do the same. Natalie is a thief. My mom got me a gift certificate which I cant use because of the odd hours of "natalies massage. My mom asked for the money back at which time natalies said she didnt know how to credit the card back so she would write a check. It took DAYS just to get Natalie to answer the phone, and now 2 weeks later, still no return of the money and we are being ghosted by Natalie. I had to block my number to get her to answer the phone a week ago at which time she also told me that she would return the money. She still hasnt and its impossible to reach her. She does not return phone calls. Also she tried to claim that she has a cancellation policy, which SHE DOES NOT! I only gave 1 star because 0 stars wasnt an option. Do not trust this person. She is extremely shady! UPDATE:1/10/24 CC did an investigation into Natalie’s business dealings with us and returned the money that Natalie tried to steal. Be careful about giving her any money up front!

Lauren Barkley As a local, I have been to many spas in town. This one really just gets it. The tea before service, the free sauna and red light therapy before your treatment (have to book in advance), and the attention to detail from the technicians were all top notch. I signed up for the membership because this is a ritual worth repeating. Milton, my masseuse was beyond phenomenal. I’ve been going to many places looking for the right person and I have finally found someone who can deliver a therapeutic massage that also helps to open up tension. He’s so in tune with what your body needs and I could tell he understands body mechanics, much deeper than just your average therapist. When we were done I felt like he took a fine tooth comb through my muscles, which was amazing. I’m already looking forward to the next time I’ll be there. Thanks for the superior service !

Their location is right in downtown too so after I could walk a few streets down for a cute lunch at Graces Table. Highly recommend its a perfect midweek getaway

Paige Elliott Booking was so easy and I’m so glad I went! My masseuse, Alex, was so talented. He really knew how to get the knots out and I felt very pampered. The spa owner also produces her own brand of wellness products that I was able to purchase in their adorable gift shop on my way out. I’ve been to this location several times since they’ve been in downtown for such a long time. I can’t help but go back time and time again when I need to treat myself.

Candice Brenneman I had a great massage. However, its a bit pricey and not the cleanest. When I was shown the locker room...there was a dirty bandaid on the floor that no one bothered to pick up. There were several workers who saw it too. There was also hair stuck to the shower wall and some showers didnt have a door....just a divider. This place can do better given that the spa services are so pricey. I live in NC and theyre cleaner, with a complimentary drink, and half the cost ($125)

Jairo Serrato The Massage and Customer service was very good. Unfortunately the facilities need to be upgraded. For the amounts of money your Paying the rooms for the massage are a bit outdated. Other then that its awesome that you get to enjoy the whole facilities such as Gym, pool, sauna, Steam room and classes they offer. So if your looking to get a lot more for your Buck. Get their early and enjoy what they offer for more then just the few hours of the massage

Then my massage was wonderful, the therapist professional, communicative, and very skilled at "reading" my body and what it needed. Pro tip: If you need deep tissue massage work done but havent had a good experience, try Sonja at Pure Skin Spa!

Courtney Carmignani I had the best/easiest/most pain free Brazilian wax of my life recently at Pure Skin Spa! In addition to the great service, Michelle was awesome. I was running late from work in traffic. I’m new to the area and still finding my places - and Michelle waited for me and was so gracious even though I was tardy. Pure Skin Spa will definitely be my go-to spot from here on out!

Leah Cobb My mother and I both booked 90-minute massages and facials with the add-on hand treatment and add-on scalp massage, and we both enjoyed our appointments immensely! I literally fell asleep during the facial and the massage because they were both so relaxing. The facility is very clean and the staff is wonderful. Perfect way to end our visit to Napa!

Sarah I have been getting my hair done by Christy for over a year now and she is AMAZING! I have very very dark hair and go very light- she nails it every time while keeping the integrity of my hair. She also has cut my hair as well and has given me bangs, etc. Her attention to detail is one of the things that makes her stand out from other stylists I have seen. She is an absolute sweetheart and just a gem of a human being- she listens and really cares that you like your hair. I cannot recommend her more!

Leah Delajoux Could not be more excited for Elevate Salon Studios to be open. Jessica has been doing my hair for over a decade and looking forward to the next 10 years. She does an excellent job with understanding what you want to accomplish but she also makes great recommendations and asks questions to make sure that the finished result is exactly what you want. You can tell she takes great pride in what she does. The Salon experience is great! There is coffee and other beverages you available which is a really nice touch. Elevate also carries Oribe hair products, and if you haven’t tried them, you must. Total hair game changer.

Ian Crane Im an out-of-town massage connoisseur from Washington state, and after just two massages I can strongly recommend this place with a good conscience. The owner has done an absolutely fantastic job of restoring this building and making it into an attractive and high-quality business establishment in Napa. The practitioners are highly skilled and their customer service is delightful. Inside is very clean and classy. The rooms are set up like individual hotel rooms including lock boxes and armoires to place your items. The whole atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly, and they do their best to listen to what you want and give you what you need.

Larry Jackson I have been having facials from Hasina for 9 years. She is a professional. She does the European facial which is fabulous. Hasina is also a lovely person. Jeremy Walker On the plus side, its a nice place with a peaceful waiting room, and the staff were courteous. On the downside, my wife and I blew $300 on a deep tissue couples message, and we were both disappointed. Both therapists gave extremely light pressure, and it felt like deep tissue for *maybe* 5 min of my massage (and 0 of my wifes) Basically, deep tissue is a scam here: dont waste your money on it ... or really on a massage here at all, unless you like the "hands slipping over your skin, but never actually touching muscle" kind of massage

He is highly skilled and knowledgeable. I go to him for both deep tissue and full body stretch services. He listens to what my needs are for that particular visit and works out all my tightness and knots . Larissa gives the most relaxing and rejuvenating facials. She is a talented esthetician. My skin looks glowing whenever I leave her. Highly recommend.

She was thoughtful in how she respected my modesty and at the end of my massage I got dress and she presented me with her welcoming smile and glass of water.

Rhonda Gower The best spa treatment in years. So peaceful, comfortable and relaxing. The ladies are amazing and treat you like you are the queen of the universe. Excellent work and very kind. I will definitely be a regular customer. No more rush jobs from the regular nail salons for me. Well worth the extra money. Also no more worries about getting fungus infections from the rush salons. Everything is as clean as possible, sanitary and safe. So happy I decided to try out a real spa. I did contract toenail fungus from one of the everyday spas. It took over a year to cure so I definitely will never step foot into a run of the mill spa again.
