Natalie is a thief. My mom got me a gift certificate which I cant use because of the odd hours of "natalies massage. My mom asked for the money back at which time natalies said she didnt know how to credit the card back so she would write a check. It took DAYS just to get Natalie to answer the phone, and now 2 weeks later, still no return of the money and we are being ghosted by Natalie. I had to block my number to get her to answer the phone a week ago at which time she also told me that she would return the money. She still hasnt and its impossible to reach her. She does not return phone calls. Also she tried to claim that she has a cancellation policy, which SHE DOES NOT! I only gave 1 star because 0 stars wasnt an option. Do not trust this person. She is extremely shady! UPDATE:1/10/24 CC did an investigation into Natalie’s business dealings with us and returned the money that Natalie tried to steal. Be careful about giving her any money up front!
