Anthony Valles I would have thought specific details regarding my cut would be sufficient enough, but I was not satisfied with the haircut I received and the barber did not consider those details. Haircut received lacked volume, precise fade/transitional layers to fade, overall dismissed the details I provided. Now I’m left attempting to regrow and train my hair to a lower fade. Not satisfied and do not recommend.

Erin Neal I just moved to Tracy and didnt know any stylists. Im pretty low maintenance but my hair is important. I have straight, baby fine hair that doesnt always mind. Going to someone new is always a risk, especially with color. Taylor welcomed me, looked at my hair, asked questions and listened to what I wanted. I needed my roots done- it has been a while but I wasnt ready for more highlights yet, also my hair was showing some stress. She matched the color from my old stylist, toned down the rest, then did a hot oil treatment and a great cut. Im so delighted with the results! The vibe was friendly, family and very professional. I would definitely recommend.

Dorayda Mata I just had a haircut from this salon with Taylor. I showed her the specific cut and color/highlights that I wanted. After 5hrs of waiting, the haircut and the highlights that I wanted did not even come close to what I wanted. Also the hair dryer was so hot that it almost burned my skull and I always hated that she always used a flat iron in my hair to cut. I went to her salon before but still gave her a chance. But she failed again… I wasted money ($170) and time for a lousy haircut and color. Never again will be back on this place.

TV Johnson Perez Taylor is the best hairdresser/stylist in town! I only trust Taylor because she actually listens about the hairstyle that I want. She also does a great job with my kids and is very professional. Reflect Hair Studio is a clean and friendly environment. They treat you very well, I highly recommend their services. I ❤️ how my hair turned out :)

Suman Dhillon I went back to Taylor for root touch up and for highlights. Was little sacred to get my hair damaged but Taylor did an amazing job like always. She really listens to what you want and also makes sure your hair is not damaged. Been coming to her past 3 years and I am not going anywhere else.

Amrit Kaur Worst Salon Experience Ever – Save Yourself and Your Hair! I cant even begin to express how disastrous my visit to this salon was. I went in for a simple blowout and a trim to achieve a V-shape—something I thought would be straightforward—but it ended up being a complete nightmare. From the start, my stylist, Hailey, butchered my hair with uneven chops and sloppy cuts. Her technique was terrible—starting with a rushed blowout and poorly sectioned hair. After a botched attempt, I was handed off to Latoya, who somehow made things even worse. Instead of helping me achieve the look I wanted, my hair ended up uneven, lifeless, and nothing like the polished style I requested. When I pointed out the disaster, instead of owning up to their mistakes, they tried to gaslight me, insisting that my hair looked fine. I was told the cut was "exactly what I asked for," which was not true at all. They waived the fee, but that didn’t make up for the fact that I was treated poorly and disrespected. There was zero accountability for leaving my hair in such a state. To make matters worse, Latoya started cutting without even confirming the style with me, making everything worse. I didn’t ask for a shorter cut, yet that’s exactly what I got. This salon has no regard for its clients or their time. They tried to justify their mistakes by waiving the fee, but I’m left feeling embarrassed, unsatisfied, and wrong for not speaking up more. This was a Christmas gift to myself, and it turned into a total disappointment. If you value your hair and your sanity, do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. They couldn’t even get a simple haircut right, and their customer service was appalling. I will never return. The first photo of me wearing a red and black sweater shows what I wanted and the following photos show what they gave me so proudly.

Nichole Stewart I love the salon so much. Everyone there is so friendly in the vibe is so awesome. I typically see Hailey and she does an awesome job on my hair every single time. I tend to do fashion colors and she always does an amazing job. Cut and color. Highly recommend.

Thal Crystal is an amazing artist and she’s such vibe!! She does builder gel nails and every single time I have gone to her I am so happy with my nails. Not to mention, she hand paints with whatever design I want and my nails are flawless every single time. I get so many compliments on them. She is pricey but it is soo worth it.

Navneet Mahal Jasmin did my hair for my daughter’s first birthday. I can’t recommend her enough!! My hair has always been super unmanageable but Jasmin was able to give me exactly what I was looking for!! I can’t wait for the next time I work with Jasmin! Jasmin is so gentle and takes the time to hear you out so you get exactly what you want. Everyone loved my hair at the party I got so many compliments! Absolutely loved the experience.

Kulwinder Gill I had the best experience with Jasmin! She was incredibly professional, attentive, and gave my hair so much life with her shampoo and blow-dry. My hair feels soft, looks shiny, and the blowout lasted for days. I really appreciated how gentle she was with my scalp and how she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I’ll definitely be coming back to Jasmine for all my hair needs.

Saminaa Mirzada Booked an appointment with Victoria almost 3 weeks in advance. As soon as I get to the salon, door was locked. I texted and called no answer and after an hour and half replies that she was waiting and I wasn’t there. My appointment time was 10am, I arrived 10:01am. While waiting outside her door for 2 hours in hopes she will come, I mentioned I was okay if she was late as long as I get my hair done by today, I was very patient and nice but unfortunately after a few calls and texts, she ignored each single one and with one sentence that she wasn’t in town. Victoria is absurdly unprofessional and was very disrespectful. I would’ve appreciated if she just had let me know ahead of time this appointment would not work out. Now I’m running around to get my hair done because of an upcoming event.. I looked forward to an appointment that left me ghosted . Very upsetting.

Juanita Figueroa She is super sweet, enjoys what she does! Her up duos last all day just as though they were just done. She is the best!! She cuts my hair every 6months and I love it!! 100% recommend her!!

veera muthukumar Shobana beauty studio and their staffs are so welcoming. I tried red wine facial at San ramon location which was great relaxing experience and the result was awesome. I tried radiant glow facial for the first time at Tracy branch near Costco, she provided me with complimentary gold plated pack. It was an amazing experience and the output was excellent. I would highly recommend this place.

T T If I could, I wouldnt even give her one star as a business owner. Never had this kind of bitter experience before ever. It’s sad that the owner, SHOBANA, forgot the basic principle of any business. She was rude and disrespectful with me and her own employees. She deliberately made me wait for 20 mins just for upper lip and chin threading work because I had requested Raman, her best employees service. Shobana was hesitant to make me an appointment with Raman when I asked, and she said whoever is available will take care of me at the appointment time of 5 pm. I agreed and went to the parlor 6 to 7 mins earlier than my appointment time. After waiting for 15 minutes, Raman got done with her previous assignment and was free to do my threading she asked me to sit on the service chair. Shobanas ego was hurt. She reprimanded her employee and talked down to me. Accusing me of talking to the employee behind her back, etc. and saying my appointment time was wrong, despite having the proof of my appointment time. Saying I should wait longer cause I came in early. This was after I had already been denied a walk-in service a few days earlier. I was told to come back after 45 min, and then they refused to take me in. This also she mentioned while degrading her employee and myself. All this drama only for upperlip threading. I would never go to her salon again and would give business to her.

Saba Shah I recently had a hydra facial treatment and I was thoroughly impressed! My skin felt incredibly hydrated and nourished afterwards. The treatment was relaxing and Shobhana was knowledgeable and professional. My skin looked brighter and more radiant than it has in months. I highly recommend this facial at Shobhana’s to anyone looking to give their skin a boost. It was truly a rejuvenating experience!

Jose Valles $20 dollars for a man haircut!! Are you kidding me? Dont get me wrong Al is a great barber but the prices at this place have gone from a acceptable $15 price to a ridiculously $20 price so I stopped going to this place for that reason and now I am going to another place where they only charge me $9 dollars! Can you see the difference? Yes is more than 50% more than what Al is currently charging and they offer the same quality haircuts, maybe my review wont make you change your mind about keep going to Als but at least you should try other affordable barber shops reply to this review if you would like to know about other more affordable places

I always believe, hair cut involves two aspects: 1) Cut: This s/b done in two parts, coarse followed by fine. 2) Time: Enough time should be given to both types of cuts. Kim was very experienced and professional in doing the cuts. She quickly understood the requirements and gave enough time for both types of cuts. I am thankful & quite pleased with the service. I strongly recommend Kims work at this place and look forward to visit again.

Sara Shorter Nicole at Tresses did a great job of cutting my hair before my wedding and I loved it. She has a positive attitude and made me feel comfortable in her chair. All the stylists are upbeat and trendy. The salon has an open and inviting atmosphere. They are considerably cheaper than several other salons in town and they accept walk-ins. I won’t go anywhere else.

Billie Duncan Stephanie is a miracle worker! Went to her to have old color removed and had a silver ombré done! It looks truly Amazing! Have had many compliments even from another stylist who seen my before and after pics. I give her 5 stars!

Luis V The price is cheap at $25, dont expect a barbershop style fade. Feels like rough fade, slightly un-even on sides and back way to low, looks weird. Had to go pay a barbershop to try and fix after. If you looking for average whatever haircut its OK. Not the medium fade with comb over style I was expecting. Suggest to pay the extra at Barbershop. Lesson learned for places here in Tracy. The top came out ok hence the 2 stars

I walked in met Terry (who is a total sweetheart) and within 20 minutes had the cleanest razor shave haircut I have ever received in my life! Terry is a true professional and with 20+ years of experience it shows. This is THE best haircut I have ever received. Out of all the haircuts we get through life never have I never been more impressed. NEVER let Terrys husband cut your hair he is terrible!

anilkumar dora Loved the haircut at Great Clips located in South Blvd, Tracy California. I got the haircut to my liking. Cost wise also little cheap, normal haircut was just US$21 per head. Its cheaper by US$2 for Children and Seniors. They also do shampoo, Hair styling,Bong or Neck trim and Beard trim too. I got a discount of US$7 for the next visit within 1 month. Would definitely recommend.

I don’t think someone is incompetent because I saw two gentleman came out with perfect haircut. Somehow my son was unlucky one. I had to correct his hair after coming back to home. Sandhya Gokul I had the worst experience ever. I have been to so many Great clips locations in different cities, and one of the worst experiences I had. The person who attended us didnt wanted us there, thats the way she behaved. Right from the check-in she was making faces, as though she didnt wanted to attend any customers at all. I was just crossing my fingers and wishing I got another person to attend us, but at the end I was assigned her only to take care of our hair cut. She was intentionally irritating us a lot, and she was treating many others too in the same way. I really wanted to log a complaint about her, right when we were at the salon, but I didnt wanted to disturb other customers. I think all the staff working at customer facing jobs must be given minimum training on how to talk to the customers or treat them. I feel no one should go to this location.

Korina Lugo My husband and sons come here. They do a really good job for only $12. Barber style cuts for much less and much faster than a barber shop. Been coming here for almost 2 years after many sketchy experiences elsewhere. Try the barber on the 2nd chair on left. Always does a great job for curly or straight hair.

Ron D Used to be a fan. Mai didnt even want to do flat top on me so I was referred to Hong. First time she did it real good. Second time less good said couldnt do as short on the top as I wanted. Most recent time was even less short on top and I said can you make it shorter she said could not. Even asked to square the sides and said the same thing! Never been to a barber shop where they insist on their way instead of listening to the customer!

This is by far the worst place to cut hair – avoid it at all costs, especially if you have young children. The person who cut my sons hair was incredibly rude and showed zero understanding or patience. Throughout the entire process, they made grumpy and annoyed facial expressions, which made my son uncomfortable and anxious. It was clear that they had no idea how to behave with young kids, let alone give them a decent haircut. To make matters worse, the haircut itself was terrible. It was uneven, choppy, and nothing like what we asked for. The stylist didnt bother to listen to our requests and seemed completely uninterested in delivering a satisfactory service. Overall, this place lacks professionalism, skill, and basic customer service. I will never recommend this place to anyone. They dont know how to cut hair, refuse to understand customer needs, and have no idea how to interact with children. BIG NO NO from me! Also, please avoid the hairstylist with short hair – I dont know their name, but they were the worst!

Great environment for my toddler also, she watched a movie on their screen while we waited and of course the candy at the end is always a bonus! Clean and friendly staff. We will definitely be coming back since myself and my daughter scheduled our next hair cut appointments with her.

Ayaan Fn He has 0 interest to do haircut, not at all recommended. Pay more are go somewhere else but don’t come here and get your hair cut messed up. I got three cuts with the trimmer even after I told him to be gentle.

Jose Canela Very bad experience here, very disappointing bad customer service with the Asian lady that works there discarding the barbers. The lady that works there gave us very bad customer service also she almost left my aunt with no hair. I see a lot of post here about boys or men haircuts being good and great, maybe for men they do a great job, but all the women out there , this is a very unprofessional place to go I do not recommend it.

Sarah This is my second time coming here and I love it!! So happy COVID is lifting and I can get a hair cut again!!!! LOL. Very nice and professional people here. I love my hair cut and that it was only 18 dollars since I am female that is good price. WOOOT!!! I tipped them big to make up for no work for so long when hair cut places were shut down. :(

Diego Pérez Melgar I have come couple of times here but this last time the guy who cut my hair, I can definitely say he didnt want to be there, spraying water all over my face and hitting my head every time he tried to comb my hair. It was not a bad haircut, but it was really uncomfortable. Not tip at all this time.

Theresa Flores This place was great! The ONLY places that would do a same day hair highlights appointment. The gal that did my hair worked really hard and did an amazing job! Definitely worth every penny!
