Le Angela Went to get a haircut done for my sister, and to dye my hair and cut my bangs. Owner and staff were really nice and did a very good job on my sisters butterfly cut. Unfortunately, mine did not turn out as smoothly. I wanted to do a peakaboo hairstyle with ash gray, but the color ended up being uneven so you can still see some of the blonde from bleach. For my bangs, I didnt like them the first time they cut it and they were nice enough to try and fix it, however, it was getting pretty short so I just said it was good enough. Not docking them off points for that though since I was the one that asked for the bangs to be fixed. Mostly for the uneven dye job. I think the color was something new that they havent worked with often so it just ended up like this. Still a nice shop though if you want to get your hair done. I definitely think they have done an amazing job with clients that want more vibrant colors.

Robert Hicks-Carrera We have sought their services twice, and both times have not been positive experiences at all. We will not be coming back. I went there for a haircut and the lady who cut my hair did not know how to do a fade. She had to be coached by the owner during the whole session. They also talked over me the whole time. It was just a tense and unpleasant experience. Luckily the haircut turned out decent. My partner scheduled a hair appointment weeks in advance with them. The day comes, she shows up and nobody is there. She called, left a voicemail, and they called back 15 mins later they said they were running late. When she decided to cancel, there was no resistance on their part. What a terrible way to treat their customers.

Christine Williams I have been going to Lanay for a year now for facials and she is amazing! My skin has never felt or looked better. She has so many different types of treatments she can do. The dermaplaning is a must do add on. I highly recommend Lanay for all your skin care needs or for a little self care pampering.

She always does my lashes exactly the way I like them! ❤️ My appointments never take more than 1 hour (which is amazing) and they always last 2-3 weeks!! Super happy with my lashes 10/10!!

Lea Smith I have been coming here for almost a year and love my results. The products are top of the line and I have never had any discomfort or problems. Lorra Alcantara Love my lashes! Rachelle does a great job with my lashes! She even has fun color ones she can add in for a small fee. She is very meticulous and makes sure your a comfortable during treatment. I literally fall asleep every time! Her place is in Downtown Concord (Free Parking!) . It is clean, and comfortable. She also touched up my brows (had them micro bladed in 2017 and it was time for a touch up). I received so many compliments and have referred several friends to her (for both lashes and micro blading) and they all love it!

Katya Yoshida Rachelle is an amazing artist. I started seeing her in Concord for lash lifts. Until now my eyelashes were so straight not even the best of eyelash curlers worked. Now I get compliments on my eyelashes all the time and if I have lash extensions. Just recently she turned me onto permanent makeup and I got permanent liner. My eyeliner looks super natural and fantastic. My morning routine is now 5 minutes. Thank you Rachelle for making me feel beautiful 24/7

Melinda Silva Rachael is absolutely amazing. I was a little concerned that my anxiety might kick in having lay down for the time it took to do my eyelashes. However, she made me feel very comfortable, so it was never an issue. My lashes came out exactly like I wanted. The location is decorated very classy. I will definitely be returning for future appointments.

She asked all the right questions and paid attention to the quirks of my hair to make sure I got the look I wanted. nichole kane Anna is the best! I was so happy when she got her own salon with her husband. Followed them to their new place, even though it’s much further from my house. Well worth the drive. Ive been searching for years for someone who knows how to give a great cut and color. She knows her stuff! Cuts my daughters hair now too, and my mom wants to go over now because she loves our cuts. HIGHLY recommend Sky Salon.

Erick O Kevin and Anna are great barbers! My haircuts are consistently fresh. Kevin responds quickly for appointment bookings and has cut my hair at last moments notice many times which has been helpful when Im short on time! I always feel good after leaving the salon. Thanks Kevin and Anna!

Jonathan This was my first time going to a salon after having my mom cut my hair for most of my life, and didnt fully understand what I want. I got an amazing haircut that I liked and tips and recommendations on where to go forward with my hair. Ill probably be back in a few months to get another trim, but I recommend others to come here too. The price is also great!

Danielle Rossi Sad. Spent $88 for a mani pedi, just for my beautiful nails to peel within 2 days. That’s insanity. I’ve never had a gel nail set peel so quickly. Not sure if it didn’t cure enough or the artist didn’t paint them correctly, but what a waste of money. You can see in the photos the one mail peeled at the top, and all around the edges are lighter in color as they’re starting to lift as well. Glad I did regular polish on my toes, since it’s lasting longer than the GEL!! I would have gone back if I lived in the area, but was only here for a wedding. Good thing I got them the day of my event! DO NOT RECOMMEND

Chandni Malhotra Worst salon and worst customer service, I was there to do my nails and they said we are busy but one person is available and I told them I don’t want the guy he didn’t do it good last time and they said there is a lady she can do, I said I have 60 min only they said okay.The lady started doing my nails and I had to do nail extensions I had two nails out there were old extensions she just used two new nails and while she was filling all mg 10 fingers had different shape and I showed her and she said I will call the manager. Manager came with her attitude and I was so nice to her and said I work in the mall too and she said I don’t care where you work and I said I am just saying about customer service. Then she started filling my nails with all pressure and was not even seeing if she is doing on my nails or my skin , I started bleeding and when I showed her she said oh sorry and then after all that happened she charged me and gave me $5 discount. There was a lady I did nails with her before and she started yelling at me saying you have just 60 minutes, I said I get it but you are pro in the Bussiness you should have told me it will take more then 60 min and she didn’t listen and kept on yelling. I don’t know who owned this salon but whosever ownes it should go and see what they are doing not professionall.

Melissa Avila I stumbled in here while doing some last minute holiday shopping to get a gel mani. It was quick and great quality at a reasonable price. While I wouldn’t normally go to the mall to get my nails done, I would come back here!

She walked me thru the whole process and gave me options to choose. Will definitely come to her for all my hair services and treatment.

Carla Noelle Romero The hairstylist we were originally booked with left the salon; so they accommodated to make sure they did not cancel the appointment. Tooraj was patient and made my nervous son feel at ease. The haircut was better than expected and my son loves how it turned out. We will most definitely return.

Sheryle Bunyard Elena is such a sweet lady and a great stylist. I have very thin , fine hair and I’m on medication that makes my hair dry and brittle. She always cuts it perfectly!

lou villarreal Carlos H. is a true professional. This is the second time he has cut my 10-year-old son’s hair because my son loved the results of his first haircut. Carlos listens carefully to your wishes, pays great attention to detail, and offers suggestions that complement your style. The Lavish Barbershop is very clean, has women stylists, and provides a friendly, welcoming environment.

Ryan Safarzadeh I have had nothing but great experiences at this barber shop. I book with Carlos, a skilled and patient barber who uses his expertise to provide myself and other clients exceptional services; whether it be haircuts, beard trims, etc. The shop is both a professional and an inviting environment. Even when I did not know what style I wanted, Carlos helped me figure out what looks best given my head shape, hair type, and expected maintenance level.
