I left the salon with my hair shorter and not with what I wanted very unhappy. I will not come back to this salon. She didnt fix what I asked her to fix she just cut my hair shorter. Well done Justine!!!!

Kyani delivers a good cut and has gentle hands. She also offers a ton of different services that she does with expertise. Today she cut my hair and blow dried it.

Went in on December 31st for a change of color with a healthy short hair, left with my hair completely fried from the bleach after I told Ernesto a few times that I didnt wanna do my hair in one session. He still went in and over processed my hair. He left the salon for a good 45 minutes while I had the bleach on my hair!!! Even a lady who was waiting outside the salon for him said she got scared for me! He even made a joke "haha Ill just put a wig on her if anything". He did say he was gonna do treatments for the damage he caused but today is January 8th and I havent heard anything from him. I am beyond sad! This was such a traumatic experience for me. I had to completely shave my hair off because there was nothing I could do about it, now I dont even want to get out of my house because I have no hair. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
