Kelly Howard Dionna is a wonderful stylist. She has taken care both my kids hair for years-from summer styles to back to school pictures and professional auditions. We are a fan for braids, natural styles and silky press for both girls and boys. A creative professional with an awesome new shop! Check her out.

Kymberly Daniels I received micro braids. Dionna is very professional. My braids are beautiful. They are not too tight but are securely in. The shop was nice and clean. Shimika Brame Deonna has been doing my hair for over a year now. I started going to her to help grow my natural hair and she did not disappoint. She is creative in putting me in styles that are becoming and equally protective. If I want a twist out, she does it in a flat twist way that is becoming and can wear a couple of days before taking it out. My trust in her increased to where I asked for micro braids...she showed UP! My braids are amazing, neatly done, parted to perfection and the ombré is on POINT! Want amazing braids? Deonna is your girl. She can cut, trim, braid, twist, you name it! So far I’ve had services for my natural hair, faux locks (looked amazing), micros, and two braids with extensions. She makes it easy to come back. She accommodates you by having the hair available, she is conscious of COVID and disinfects everything g between clients, and she even goes so far as to create separate containers of products for her recurring clients. Lastly, she is reasonable and her passion for what she does shows in the outcome. Dionna is a keeper!

Monica Wade I’ve been coming here for over a year now and my hair was really damaged but now it’s been grown back to it’s full potential. Centina is very friendly, talkative and I feel very comfortable talking with her. Her studio is clean, has tv, wifi, Netflix, music and comfortable seating for other guests. She has a shampoo area and dryer for deep conditioning. She does great hairstyles and is fast paced.

Lea B Tammy was so sweet to me the entire time I was here. The previous place I went to for a trim apparently "didnt know how to cut womens hair" and "specialized in mens haircuts" even though all the people working there were women. They made my hair look chopped up with some uneven parts in the back. Tammy fixed up everything and helped me with the blunt bob look I wanted!! Whenever I need a trim or to get my nails done, Im definitely coming back.

Austin First time going and was pleasantly surprised! The lady that owns it was the one who cut my hair, shes very nice and did a great job. The hair cut costs 16(for men). I wasnt exactly sure how I wanted my hair and she helped me a long the way. Definitely recommend!

May Te The reviews led me to this place. I thought it would be a pleasant experience, but it was totally unpleasant. Beyond the fact that the establishment is quite neglected and dirty, they dont know how to cut hair here, they visibly sheared me, and even charged me more than the price they had previously given me via telephone. Its the first time Ive left a beauty salon and I look worse than when I arrived. I should have left when I saw the conditions of the place, but I trusted the reviews and I had the most horrible beauty experience of my life. If I could give them LESS 5 stars, I would do so without hesitation.

Paez Dolly (Allure Limousine) I’ve been going to Vanessa to have my hair done by her for a couple years now. I’m always happy with my colors and cuts. I basically leave my hair in her hands and know that she’ll come out with something great. The other stylist in the salon are also great as well. If your looking for a local stylist give vanessa a call.

Sarah Debusk My hair is uneven and looks really bad. She curled it so when I washed my hair it looks awful. I spent $55 to cry over how bad I look. I hate that it looks like she made a mistake and covered it up instead of making it look good. Drea did a very bad job Im so upset.

emad salman I spoke with the owner Winnie and expressed my excitement to get my hair done with her since she did a great job when she cut my hair two months ago. Anywho, I ask her if she has any photos that she could share just to have an idea of the type of work she does with highlights.. etc. she said no and at that moment I should of taken that as a flag, but I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. She was finishing with a client and I was noticing how welcoming and friendly she was to her. I figure the service would be the same since I had met her before and I was excited to finally get a change. I emphasized that I had a event to attend the next day so I was hopeful it would turn out if not exactly like the image at least close to what I wanted. Once it was my turn, I was trying to explain to Winnie what I wanted to get which were highlights like I was showing her in the pictures. I sent her photos of my hair before and what I ultimately wanted to aim for. Mind you the appointment was at 4:15 so keep in mind it was starting to get late and while I understand it was closer to the end of the day I was optimistic because I figure we would have more time to make sure my hair would end up how I was expecting. Once she started to do my hair it all felt so rushed and she was making minimal conversation with me. I was surprised at how quickly she put the foils in my hair and figure her technique was probably just different. Once she started to blow dry my hair I was devastated to see how it came out. It was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from the images and what we talked about. It was very ash blonde and at that point I was livid. I expressed my opinion and she added the toner and yet still my hair was not nearly close to what I asked for. Even more she was doing everything with an attitude, like throwing the brushes in the sink. I asked if she had an issue when I asked to fix my hair and she was excusing herself that she was upset that the beauty supply store across from her was already closed and even if she wanted to fix it, it was no my possible. while admitting she was not satisfied with the disaster she did on my hair she continued to not make me feel comfortable. Moral of the story is if your looking to get highlights this is NOT the place to go to. My whole perspective of this place has changed due to the lack of understanding and experience from her salon. I would never go back nor would I refer anyone to go.

KatAnne Monroy This place is definitely pricey but very nice and very accommodating! The lady that helped us was able to get us all in even though the appointments were scheduled wrong and with a smile on her face. And we were all very happy with our mani/pedis!

Jasmine Carrillo I purchased a Groupon deal from here called: "European Style Organic Facial." But fter my visit, I learned that this is NOT an organic facial, so be advised that this salon is using False Advertising. I bought their "organic facial" Groupon deal for my mother and I, and we were both excited to use it. I have sensitive skin, so I am only able to use organic products on my face, and that is the ONLY reason I purchased this groupon deal. I would not have purchased the deal if it did not clearly state that its an organic facial. When I arrived for the facial, I politely asked Rekha to see which products she is using for my organic facial, which she was clearly annoyed by me asking. She tried to brush it off and simply say "theyre organic, theyre organic," so I politely asked to see the products because I am familiar with skin products. She became more aggravated by this, even though I was being very polite and non-confrontational. She finally took the products out of the drawer, threw them on the table, and I immediately noticed that these were low quality products, definitely NOT organic, and more like a cheap line you would buy at Rite-aid. I asked her "where does it say that this is organic?" To which Rekha replied "you see! it says Papaya!" Of course I replied and said "ok but Papaya does not mean Organic, and I bought this deal because it was supposed to be an organic facial, so please show me how these products are organic"...At that point, Rekha said to me "Im not going to do your facial, youre wasting my time, " then she demanded that I leave. The false advertising was bad enough, but seeing how Rekha responded to my polite questions, then demanded me to leave when I exposed the false advertising, showed me why Ill never return, nor recommend their salon.

I’ve been going to different salons to find the right fit for me but it’s been mostly an “expectation vs. reality” kind of experience. My hair can be tricky so the cut I like doesn’t always translate. Trina took the time to discuss what I wanted. Color and hairstyle. I showed her pictures of the hairstyle I wanted and basically asked her to make it stylish. I’ve been coming back to her since. So happy to find her!! Costs are very reasonable! The parlor is clean and well-maintained! Service is wonderful! Trina is always booked for a good reason and the 2 other hair stylists are professional and personable like her. No wonder they keep a busy schedule! Thanks, Trina!!

Allison Snow I am a very long time Le Cuts customer. My girlfriends and my entire family all see Trina at Le Cuts. She is an excellent stylist, knows how to cut my fine hair so its full and has such beautiful movement. My children have thick hair, and she can manage the pelt beautifully. Our hair grows out perfectly and I attribute this to Trina King how to cut and style hair as whats best for that persons head. My husband and I used to go to fancy expensive salons in Walnut Creek, but we didnt love paying so much money for a cut, wash and style. Trina is very reasonably priced and very popular in this area. Be sure you make an appointment because she is busy! Shell accept walk ins but you may have to wait. My children need someone who is careful and fast, as they have autism. Trina is very sweet and patient when cutting their hair. Thank you Trina for keeping us all looking great!

David Lamb Avoid this place!!!! Called ahead of time and clarified over the phone what we needed - the lady repeated it back. We confirmed a time for the appointment, showed up and waited for 20 mins. Once it was our turn… THEY TOLD US THEY COULD NOT DO IT. Save your business for someone else.

Adrian Ispas I come here once a month, every month, for the past 10 years. Im a man and they do know how to cook mens hair. I cannot speak for a woman, butt for men Ill give them a full five stars. The owner and her daughter are the ones doing the haircuts. Some free parking available on the side of the building.
