5 /5 Lorra Alcantara: Love my lashes! Rachelle does a great job with my lashes! She even has fun color ones she can add in for a small fee. She is very meticulous and makes sure your a comfortable during treatment. I literally fall asleep every time! Her place is in Downtown Concord (Free Parking!) . It is clean, and comfortable. She also touched up my brows (had them micro bladed in 2017 and it was time for a touch up). I received so many compliments and have referred several friends to her (for both lashes and micro blading) and they all love it!

5 /5 Katya Yoshida: Rachelle is an amazing artist. I started seeing her in Concord for lash lifts. Until now my eyelashes were so straight not even the best of eyelash curlers worked. Now I get compliments on my eyelashes all the time and if I have lash extensions. Just recently she turned me onto permanent makeup and I got permanent liner. My eyeliner looks super natural and fantastic. My morning routine is now 5 minutes. Thank you Rachelle for making me feel beautiful 24/7

However, she made me feel very comfortable, so it was never an issue. My lashes came out exactly like I wanted. The location is decorated very classy. Rachelle is very friendly, hospitable, and very informational with ever step and detail. This was the first time I have ever had a facial, and I must say it was the most amazing experience Ive ever had. I felt like a million bucks afterwards. When she was done with my facial she showed me what I needed to keep mine face looking beautiful, and glowing. If you want an amazing experience Rachelle is your girl!!

I was recommended by one of my best friends who goes to Serenity Beauty Lounge with Rachelle, and she knows how particular I can be about trying new places, but she swore by her and I am beyond satisfied. I went to Rachelle for a lash extension application, after my first experience in another place left me somewhat doubtful that lashes were for me; but Rachelle listed to all my concerns and studied my face frame very carefully and recommended her Hybrid style lashes for the style I was going for. Her place is so serene and hygienic, and she explains every step of the process before she applies anything on you. She even explains how the temperature of the room matters and all the details to make you feel like your eyelids are in the right hands. After my application, I followed all her recommended care procedures, but somehow a lot of them still managed to fall out within two days! Unsure of what had happened, I contacted Rachelle and she asked me to go in the same day of and she filled my lashes again for no cost at all. What an amazing person! She truly cares for the satisfaction of her clients and does not question whether you did follow the care instructions etc. My lashes are still intact and I look forward to my recurring fill appointments with her and feel comfortable and confident enough that Ill be trying out other services from her without a doubt.
