I cant even begin to express how disastrous my visit to this salon was. I went in for a simple blowout and a trim to achieve a V-shape—something I thought would be straightforward—but it ended up being a complete nightmare.
From the start, my stylist, Hailey, butchered my hair with uneven chops and sloppy cuts. Her technique was terrible—starting with a rushed blowout and poorly sectioned hair. After a botched attempt, I was handed off to Latoya, who somehow made things even worse. Instead of helping me achieve the look I wanted, my hair ended up uneven, lifeless, and nothing like the polished style I requested.
When I pointed out the disaster, instead of owning up to their mistakes, they tried to gaslight me, insisting that my hair looked fine. I was told the cut was "exactly what I asked for," which was not true at all. They waived the fee, but that didn’t make up for the fact that I was treated poorly and disrespected. There was zero accountability for leaving my hair in such a state.
To make matters worse, Latoya started cutting without even confirming the style with me, making everything worse. I didn’t ask for a shorter cut, yet that’s exactly what I got.
This salon has no regard for its clients or their time. They tried to justify their mistakes by waiving the fee, but I’m left feeling embarrassed, unsatisfied, and wrong for not speaking up more. This was a Christmas gift to myself, and it turned into a total disappointment.
If you value your hair and your sanity, do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. They couldn’t even get a simple haircut right, and their customer service was appalling. I will never return.
