Yu Sasaki DO NOT waste your money getting insurance with Allstate. Of course they are nice to you when you pay the monthly fees. When its their turn to pay, its a no show. We had a car accident in March that our car got t-boned from behind because the woman (who had Allstate insurance also) was speeding. After all types of documents and them passing us around with many different "agents" and "supervisors" whose numbers you will never reach. They did not call us and we had to call them all the time. They finally replied to us after 3 months that they would not pay a cent because there was "no witness". They refused to inspect our car and told us that "Things happened and both parties parted ways, thats all, nothing we can do". Allstate is a scam!

Be careful what you talk to that lady because first she tells you one thing and then she comes up with another

Diana Perea If I could put 0 stars I would because never in any company do they charge extra for only missing a week of paying your claim and then charge you $300 or $400 more than what you should pay for ONE month. Horrible experience, never come here they are also doing everything through kemper infinity insurance company and its the worst insurance company. I also called to change my address TWICE, and it never changed to my new address. They gave you one price and ended up paying more than usual. I will be canceling my claim here and looking for a better company.
