I was first skeptical about going through Insurance because back in the day it would take forever you had to mail your phone and now Assurant partners with other phone companies such as Batteries Plus to fix my phone screen. Batteries Plus was literally right down the road and fixed it at 5:00 p.m. in the evening. I am extremely satisfied. I only had to pay a $29 deductible. I had insurance covered on my phone so not sure why I had to pay something but I was willing to pay it gladly.

    d: I went here not too long ago and was not happy with the insurance I ended up with decided to go back and candle my insurance so I could go look elsewhere. This insurance agent got really mad yelled at me and was overall unprofessional. Would not terminate my insurance and called the cops on me. Do not recommend going here. Highly suggest for you to go elsewhere to do business. Not a pleasant experience at all.
