5 /5 Michelle Pham: Ray is absolutely amazing! He was extremely responsive and very helpful in securing my home and auto insurance policies. He provided me exactly what I needed and also gave me very specific tips/things to be aware of to make sure the process was as seamless as possible. Home insurance - I needed home insurance for a new build construction. He worked diligently with me and my lenders to make sure I had the right policy. He also helped me avoid duplicating payment on my policy by having it correctly configured in alignment with my mortgage terms. Auto insurance - He had me ready to go in about a day! He provided great advice on what coverage I should consider given my financial/home situation. Overall, he has a great positive attitude and is very transparent/straight forward/honest -- I am very satisfied and happy Ray is my agent and highly recommend you/everyone to work with him on your home & auto insurance plans.

He always gives my family and I the best rates. I would not dream of changing insurance because Rays customer service is outstanding. From the moment I got my first car in 2012 I went to him and that was it. I like that I can call and ask if any discounts are available and he is the one to take my call and help me quickly and efficiently. Thank you!!

5 /5 Danny Rodriguez: Ray Chengs Insurance Agency has been very helpful with my auto and renters insurance. They are very competitive, but also very nice over the phone. They went through all the coverage and reasons why I should have them, which I never really understood what I had been covered for before. I checked around other companies in Santa Ana, and a lot of them even though were less expensive, they were super shady! I feel so much more comfortable here. Thanks for the great service!

His group are always looking at ways to save me some of my good old hard earned money. He answers the phone and knows who I am whenever I call. He is up to date on technology, so he pulls my info right away. So I am highly recommending this Insurance team to anyone that would like an honest and reliable company.. Ray you rock !
