Be careful what you talk to that lady because first she tells you one thing and then she comes up with another

1 /5 Diana Perea: If I could put 0 stars I would because never in any company do they charge extra for only missing a week of paying your claim and then charge you $300 or $400 more than what you should pay for ONE month. Horrible experience, never come here they are also doing everything through kemper infinity insurance company and its the worst insurance company. I also called to change my address TWICE, and it never changed to my new address. They gave you one price and ended up paying more than usual. I will be canceling my claim here and looking for a better company.
