Elisia Garcia It was my first time at the dentist in a couple years. I really like that they take your x-rays in the chair, in the room youll be in. The assistant taking the x-rays was fine. Courteous. The doctor and assistant came in and looked at my x-rays. I felt very comfortable. I wasnt yelled at for not taking care of my teeth. Dr. Burquez looked inside my mouth, realized some things and we scheduled a course of action. He said they were busy but I felt like the time I waited was just fine. There were no delays and I am happy to get back on track with my dental care. I have a procedure in the coming weeks, so I hope to have more information about the numbing process, how much pain, etc.

Dr. Littlefield and staff are very kind, considerate and professional. It left such a since of caring that I always missed having from my dental service provider. I cant say enough great things about this office. If youre out there searching for dental care that is an all around comfortable experience, look no more. I think youll agree.

judith hernandez I had a cracked crown, called Dr. Littlefields office was able to get an appointment the next day (they offered a same day appt but I couldn’t make it). I was in the office for less than an hour and they were able to fit me with a temporary crown and offered to have new crown ready by end of the day. They have the ability to make what is needed in office. I have been a patient of this office for 4 years and by far, the best staff, dental hygienist and Dentist. They don’t recommend unnecessary dental work like many dentists do and they are very affordable. The office hours are great and I’m satisfied with the dental work we have had done. Dr Broas is a quiet person, so I appreciate not having to engage in unnecessary chit chat while having my teeth worked on. If you dislike going to the dentist like many of us do, give Dr Broas a try. Katya Alarcon My front tooth chipped and went in on Saturday without appointment and was able to get a temporary fix so I can still smile without embarrassment. Omar answered all my questions and Dr. Broas will be putting in a permanent crown so I can smile with confidence ☺️. Awesome team. Been going to them for years.

Devin delavar Came in to have a crown re-cemented as it fell off while chewing gum. The doctor recommended re-cementing the crown, and mentioned if it comes off again or if I feel any sensitivity then it may need to be completely redone or potentially a root canal. After waiting 30 minutes for Maria the reception/office manager to contact my insurance and put an estimate together she comes in the room and attempts to sell me on completely redoing a new crown and refuses to follow her doctors recommendation saying “that’s not how we work here” & “the doctor should not have told you that” What an absolute thief… shame on you!

JAYCEE PAEJ I had Dr. Dominique Maroon prepped me for my crown and I had a very good experience the way she handle it: very gentle hands, I didn’t feel any pain while prepping for my tooth and keeping me informed every step of the way. Kudos also to Vanessa, her Dental Assistant, who did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and making me a temporary crown. Veronica, the Front Desk, was customer oriented and was very helpful also.

Toni Higgins DO NOT COME HERE!!! This my first and only visit. The front was extremely loud and made the experience veey uncomfortable. She even came into my room while I was speaking to the assistant and rushed my service. I had to leave since I knew I wouldnt get adequate care.

The receptionist for the dental side of the glass was so rude, because apparently I didn’t have the correct card to present. She took my license left it on her dirty desk and left me sitting there for 30 minutes. She was supposed to be checking to see if I was assigned to this horrible office. This office is so unorganized and not a shred of professionalism. I worked in a dental office for years and I would never treat a patient that way. I’ll never be back and I wouldn’t recommend this place

enes askan I booked an appointment at this dentists office for a cleaning, X-rays, and a general exam. I drove almost 40 minutes to get there, only to find out upon arrival that no doctor was available. This was not communicated to me beforehand. While the cleaning and X-rays were completed, I was informed afterward that I would need to schedule another appointment to discuss the results with the doctor. When I explained that I had traveled a long way and could not return easily, they simply apologized, but it was clear that my time was not valued. The lack of communication and respect for patients schedules was disappointing. After leaving the office, I decided I wouldn’t proceed with treatment due to this unprofessional and inconsiderate experience. I called to request a refund for the services I would not use, such as the X-rays. The front desk staff told me they would speak to the doctor and get back to me. Later that evening, the doctor called me directly. Instead of expressing understanding or offering a solution, the doctor argued with me for over 15 minutes about a $217 charge for the X-rays, which I felt was unreasonable since I wouldn’t be using them and didn’t even take the images with me. After a frustrating conversation, the $217 was eventually refunded, but the entire interaction felt unnecessarily contentious and unprofessional. This experience left a lasting impression—not in a good way. It’s not about the money; it’s about the lack of respect and professionalism. As a business in healthcare, empathy and patient care should be a priority, but that was not my experience here. Unfortunately, this office did not just lose me as a patient; they lost the trust of my friends and community as well. If you’re practicing in this field, professionalism and integrity should always come first. My advice: don’t focus on small amounts of money if you want to build a strong reputation.

The office is very clean and they take every precaution to ensure the safety of everyone, not to mention such a lovely group of people working there. Alicia was very helpful, worked within my insurance coverage and schedule to meet all my needs. I came here for my first visit to have a routine checkup and deep cleaning. Dr. Drachenberg is friendly, compassionate, and takes the time to explain everything that he is doing. The support staff here are excellent as well. Lili Corona So I never write reviews but felt the need to voice the service / treatment I’ve received from Dr. Krauss Drachenberg to date. I’ve had a couple of filings done that have been challenging but Dr. Krauss has always been professional, patient and super careful; he takes the time to walk you through the process and address any questions. Makes going to the dentist actually ok! 10/10!

Donna Dentist was very rude. I came in for a consultation/quote and the dentist came out to talk to me and said he does not give prices because “this is America” and he doesn’t do that. I waited 30 minutes in the hot a** waiting room with no A/C just for him to be rude to me.

jazmine leon AMAZING experience with Dr. Seraj for my wisdom teeth extraction. I had been putting off this procedure for years because I had heard so many horrible experiences. I was so nervous but Dr. Seraj and her team made me feel very comfortable. The teeth were pulled with no pain and I had minimal discomfort and swelling for a few days. I definitely recommend this office for all of your dental care.

Monique H This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my LIFE !!! .....They make you wait a good two hours just to spend 15 with you . I got braces there they never changed my wire rack and I wouldnt get an appt every month it would be 6 months later , I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place even if they payed me !

Jon Brown I DONT NORMALLY WRITE REVIEWS BUT FELT THIS WAS NECCESARY: I am totally devastated after going to this establishment. As a victim of domestic violence, I recently had the bottom row of my teeth knocked out. I went to this place to have an estimate on the repairs to have my smile fixed and get it done . It was initially concluded that the teeth that were not completely knocked out, would have to be removed and they were extracted that same day. I had a follow up appointment scheduled for over a month and a half later. I was taken aback by how far down the road that was, but I expressed to them that i had a case coming and the DA needed the info to precede, so I accepted that, but also explained the importance of me having my front teeth and the desire to have some type of temporary piece to hide the fact I’m missing my teeth. My work schedule does not allow me to be easily accessible, but I conceded to the far out scheduling because the staff was so “ nice“. Fast forward to today. I arrive at the scheduled time and Iam asked to come back later because they were going to lunch. I come back and then am told that I would be getting a tooth cleaning and additional X rays. I was once again taken aback by this as I had already had X-rays taken on my first visit over 1 1/2 months ago. I expressed my displeasure in this and the fact that this wasn’t explained to me before. After constantly having my intelligence insulted,being explained to how the insurance process goes (as if I don’t get it) I told them I would like to just get my X-rays done so I could go to another dentistry to have the work done. After that they weren’t so “nice” anymore. I was told that would not be done and I needed to go elsewhere. I explained that wasnt a viable option for me at the time, as the DA needed the info today to precede with the case. This was met with more condescending banter and that I needed to go “down the street” to another dentist. I attempted to go “down the street” and all other dentists had no available appointments. I went back and pleaded to attempt to get them to precede with the work. To no avail. I am totally distraught after this whole exchange.I will never forget this experience, as not only am I traumatized from the initial experience that caused my teeth to be missing in the first place, but also in the complete callousness and lack of empathy for my situation.
