They don’t recommend unnecessary dental work like many dentists do and they are very affordable. The office hours are great and I’m satisfied with the dental work we have had done. Dr Broas is a quiet person, so I appreciate not having to engage in unnecessary chit chat while having my teeth worked on. If you dislike going to the dentist like many of us do, give Dr Broas a try. I’m sure you’ll find a dental home that you’ll be happy with for years to come.

Omar answered all my questions and Dr. Broas will be putting in a permanent crown so I can smile with confidence ☺️. Awesome team. Been going to them for years.

5 /5 jennifer angulo: I had an appointment with them just this week. The whole staff was very professional and were NOT after “insurance money” at all. I went for a free braces consultation and they were super helpful and super affordable. I will be going back and switching from my current dentist because I am not happy with the wait times or everyone at the office trying to make me have things done that I do not want. I made a future appointment at this office and I offered my insurance card so they have it on file for the cleaning appointment and they said they would actually take it until I go back to my appointment. The past reviews seem totally off and I would 100% recommend them. I have already taken a family member for braces and she also decided to have them as their primary dentist office.

enes askan: I booked an appointment at this dentists office for a cleaning, X-rays, and a general exam. I drove almost 40 minutes to get there, only to find out upon arrival that no doctor was available. This was not communicated to me beforehand. While the cleaning and X-rays were completed, I was informed afterward that I would need to schedule another appointment to discuss the results with the doctor. When I explained that I had traveled a long way and could not return easily, they simply apologized, but it was clear that my time was not valued. The lack of communication and respect for patients schedules was disappointing. After leaving the office, I decided I wouldn’t proceed with treatment due to this unprofessional and inconsiderate experience. I called to request a refund for the services I would not use, such as the X-rays. The front desk staff told me they would speak to the doctor and get back to me. Later that evening, the doctor called me directly. Instead of expressing understanding or offering a solution, the doctor argued with me for over 15 minutes about a $217 charge for the X-rays, which I felt was unreasonable since I wouldn’t be using them and didn’t even take the images with me. After a frustrating conversation, the $217 was eventually refunded, but the entire interaction felt unnecessarily contentious and unprofessional. This experience left a lasting impression—not in a good way. It’s not about the money; it’s about the lack of respect and professionalism. As a business in healthcare, empathy and patient care should be a priority, but that was not my experience here. Unfortunately, this office did not just lose me as a patient; they lost the trust of my friends and community as well. If you’re practicing in this field, professionalism and integrity should always come first. My advice: don’t focus on small amounts of money if you want to build a strong reputation.

I got braces there they never changed my wire rack and I wouldnt get an appt every month it would be 6 months later , I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place even if they payed me !

Pilar Montoya: I experienced a dental emergency over the weekend, I called the office and followed the prompts to speak to Dr. Hansen. Upon her answering the phone (which was plus number 1) I felt a sense of caring on her part, her empathy and manner of speaking was a relief in itself. She advised on what I should do until I could be seen on Monday. She promised she would try to get me an appointment for Monday, not long I received a text message from her advising that she would see me Monday morning at 11am. I was relieved to say the least. Once at my appointment, the staff was so inviting and caring. The office is clean and quaint. Needless to say we have switched the family over to Dr. Hansen. Good caring dentist are far and few between. Awesome experience.

Im please with the level of her customer service as well her professional service. She took her time to explain and recommended best procedures. She provided several options, pro/con for each of the options. Dr. Phan also laid out the best treatment plan at the best cost/time effective ways. She made me feel trust and comfortable having her as my dental provider. Overall, Dr. Phan is one of the great DDSs in the area.
