5 /5 Pilar Montoya: I experienced a dental emergency over the weekend, I called the office and followed the prompts to speak to Dr. Hansen. Upon her answering the phone (which was plus number 1) I felt a sense of caring on her part, her empathy and manner of speaking was a relief in itself. She advised on what I should do until I could be seen on Monday. She promised she would try to get me an appointment for Monday, not long I received a text message from her advising that she would see me Monday morning at 11am. I was relieved to say the least. Once at my appointment, the staff was so inviting and caring. The office is clean and quaint. Needless to say we have switched the family over to Dr. Hansen. Good caring dentist are far and few between. Awesome experience.
