Marcos Plascencia Place inside is dirty, spiderwebs, dust, old hair, walls paint chipping, dirty haircut stations, floors never mopped. Feels like I need a shower and wash my hands after sitting in this place. They take too long on haircuts as well. Dirty dirty dirty place. Come on fellas it reflects on your character. I only come here as last resort my normal barber shop is closed. Clean up and throw some paint in the place. Even state penitentiary is cleaner than this! Dirty and ratchet.

Abigail Morales I have been taking my son here for the past 4 years best experience they even cut my little ones hair for the first time. Very patient with children my husband gets his haircuts here to highly recommend!

Manuel Meza I went to this place as a walk in, no big deal. However, the gentlemen only had 1 person in front of me, and it took about 2 hours for me to finally get on the chair. A lot of it was due to the fact that they would stop way too often and talk to their friend that walked in, or check their phone. The shop itself is a little worn down, and not up to date by any standard. I will say however, that I was indeed satisfied by my haircut. The gentleman that cut my hair did do a standout job cutting my hair and trimming my beard.

Koda Campos These two sisters are so efficient and professional, I’m happy I found this place. Moving from fresno I stopped waxing for a while and seen this business when I passed through the shopping center. Looked them up on IG, booked an appointment and loved it. They make you feel very comfortable, they’re very gentle and have a lot of knowledge. Now I’m here every 4 weeks and do multiple services of wax and hydro jellies!

Seanna Quinn This place is awesome! The gals are super cool and friendly. They make you feel at home. I do love the wax they use. I tried doing a European wax at another place and wasnt big off it. A year or so later I decided to give it a try. Found this place on Google and gave it a shot. Super happy with them. The wax is awesome. I dont get a rash or bumps like the other place I went to. Been coming here for a year now. I love it! Im currently pregnant and still come in for a Brazilian. The ladies have been so helpful. I also bring my 13 yr old daughter to have her eyebrows waxed. Still a very homey environment.

Deisy Valencia Amazing service glad I found them beautiful place and service. Called in to ask if they need an appointment for eyebrows and she asked for what day I was looking for and I wanted same day service. She said come on in and we will wait for you…. I was a little nervous cause I have an eyebrow lady that has done my eyebrows for years. I even drive 45min just for her service. But I wanted to find someone local and I was pleased with the service I got… They just got a lifetime client… thank you so much!!! There Grand Opening is this month January 2023 go out and support you won’t be disappointed!!!

B Holy man the wait time is insane, these guys took 1 hour on the same people then ignored me and got to work on someone that came after me never going back be very slow barbershop btw i ended up leaving after the got the guy that came after me

Ritchie Lopez All star babershop is the standard in the madera community. Alex is not only dedicated to his craft but to the community, the barbers under his charge are second to none. The all star barbershop is the only one in town with back to back 1st place trophies for the best taper/fades in all of madera. I have been getting my hair cut by alex for 15 years!, there is no other shop I recommend in the central valley. If you want a phenomenal cut and feel like 1000 bucks, all star babershop is the place to go.

Ruben Urbano Im not sure how to rate this place. On a Tuesday, Im still here waiting and its almost 1pm. Ive been here since 11am. I wanted to leave then I thought the barber was done with the guy before me. Now Im next, Barber decides to go to lunch. Other barber still with same client since 11:45am. Hummm. Customer relations is a must need here. Now lets see when Im next how the haircut comes out.

Sissy Gunz Nothing like making an appointment with Ben who I have seen multiple times only to go to said appointment and Ben not be there, I guess his clients are not that important depending on the day of the week you made the appointment, apparently on Fridays he has better things to do than treat his customers with respect. For this reason I will not be going back, its bad enough to see someone multiple times and each and every time get a different hair cut outcome, apparently remembering the little details about your clients are to difficult. It speaks volumes about a person and the business that keeps people like this employed. When I make an appointment I expect it to be honored, when I sit in your chair I expect you to value my time as I do yours as well as my money and the fact that when I leave, your name is on my head and I am walking advertisement for you which obviously you dont value. So again my business will be taken elsewhere due to the lack of overall customer service and professionalism shown repeatedly from Ben and his co workers.

George Wright I Googled Valleys Barbershop in Madera and I will always go here. There was no wait and if the next time I will go there I will even if theres a long wait. They do an excellent job

Suzanne Renderos This place had a good vibe right away. We weren’t sure if they were even open because the sign said “opening soon” I always have a lot of anxiety when walking into barber shops but that soon went away because the owner was very friendly and greeted us right upon walking in. This place had a ling wait time but there’s lots to do. Mini arcades, pool table, 4 tv’s, mini basketball, comfortable seating and foosball. The amazing deal of$20 for students. We’ll definitely be back.

Marcy Ramos Ive gotten my haircut done here for years, they are great fast. While you wait watch a movie or read the paper. They offer snacks for purchase as well. My father had his hair cut here for years too.

Sandia Melón The first two times I went here, I had a great experiences. Unfortunately, neither stylist that had done my hair are working there anymore. After those two initial times, I haven’t had good experiences. I’ve tried going in twice during business hours and the doors are locked and no one is inside. The few times after that I was able to get in, the stylist didn’t fade my sons hair correctly, leaving a jagged line around his head. And her prices weren’t the same. She kind of makes up the price on a whim. I switched to Supercuts and have had a much better experience. Their prices are a a dollar or two higher but they don’t change and they do a much better job on my sons hair!

Sandra L I went there to get my hair permed straight, the stylist seemed not to know what she was doing. She was rushing as many clients were going and she tried getting them all without the time. After the first time I washed my hair after getting the perm, it went back to normal. I went back to fix it and the stylist damaged my hair even more with her old outdated straightener. She also mixes up her prices depending on the client.

Norma Trinidad It has been my second time going to get my nails done and so far it has been a great experience. My nail tech Alejandra has the patience and professionalism it takes to assist her clients which I appreciate very much. I feel comfortable to let her know what I want. Both time she has meet my expectations. I will continue to schedule my appointments with her and keep going to Beauty Bar.

Tatiana Gil I went in for my first wax with alyssa a couple of months ago and ever since then I’ve kept going back. She does a great job with making me feel comfortable she had me so distracted which was great because it made the process so much smoother she walked me through everything and even has the best aftercare advice. Even when leaving she has treats to offer. My overall experience with alyssa is definitely a 10 out of 10 to the person she is and to the products she uses everything was just great.

Lizbeth Parrish My nail tech Millie is great at doing inspo nails on me, every time I show her what I want it’s always on point. She’s always great to talk to about anything! The environment in the salon is always good vibes. I recommend people coming here, also Nicole does a great job at giving me a Brazilian wax. Nicole makes you feel comfortable during my wax appointments by talking to me which always eases my mind from the pain. Overall I love coming here and I’m sure you’ll enjoy it.
