5 /5 Eugene Richardson: I came in from Sacramento for an annual golf tournament that I take part of in Tulare. I stayed in Hanford with a close friend that I grew up with there in Tulare. I googled a host of Barber shops there in Hanford & read their reviews.... This spot had by far the best overall! So I got off the Amtrak train & went straight there & met Gilbert.... That man was beyond amazing!! He was extremely pleasant, he faded me up with major skills, great conversation. I truly wish he was up here in Sac because he would not only be my go to Barber...but also a tribe of others. The total vibe in this place was unreal to me. Great old school music (nothing disrespectful), all the other Barbers were chill like Gilbert. I will definitely be paying All Star a visit every single time I come back down there to the Valley. If your not getting faded up with these guys..... I just dont know what your doing with your lives!
