My nail tech Alejandra has the patience and professionalism it takes to assist her clients which I appreciate very much. I feel comfortable to let her know what I want. Both time she has meet my expectations. I will continue to schedule my appointments with her and keep going to Beauty Bar.
Joanna Perez: I dont know yet have an appointment soon once I get my new look Ill rate! The woman who owns the place very friendly. Marcy Ramos: Ive gotten my haircut done here for years, they are great fast. While you wait watch a movie or read the paper. They offer snacks for purchase as well. My father had his hair cut here for years too.
Sissy Gunz: Nothing like making an appointment with Ben who I have seen multiple times only to go to said appointment and Ben not be there, I guess his clients are not that important depending on the day of the week you made the appointment, apparently on Fridays he has better things to do than treat his customers with respect. For this reason I will not be going back, its bad enough to see someone multiple times and each and every time get a different hair cut outcome, apparently remembering the little details about your clients are to difficult. It speaks volumes about a person and the business that keeps people like this employed. When I make an appointment I expect it to be honored, when I sit in your chair I expect you to value my time as I do yours as well as my money and the fact that when I leave, your name is on my head and I am walking advertisement for you which obviously you dont value. So again my business will be taken elsewhere due to the lack of overall customer service and professionalism shown repeatedly from Ben and his co workers.
